先説房間空調，可能因為設備老聲音很像，當晚換了另一個房間，其次是房間比較老，牆皮脱落，感覺服務人員比較少，管理層沒有把服務質量放在第一位
最難過的是泳池那裡泳圈也要花錢買，沒有安保服務人員，衹有售賣人員，感覺像承包的一樣，作為一個這樣的酒店格局有點小了！山莊環境很好，這個是不可否認的事實，沒有被大肆開發，自然生態保留，希望能改進不足，創新服務

入住老莊山居有一種回家的親切感，雖然還有很多地方在建造裝修，但是從進入大廳熱情洋溢的小姚姑娘，再到為我們送到房間門口的接駁車方師傅，都充滿了熱情去服務客户，來來回回，反反覆覆都不嫌麻煩，這也許就是一家好酒店該有的樣子。期望你們繼續保持，再接再厲，期待下次入住。
