入住有送水果水杯還有四瓶水很貼心，房間很寬敞採光很好，晚上睡覺也很安靜^_^逛光小火車裡麪喂小動物小孩子很喜歡，袋鼠好出片

五一期間出遊總體來説還是滿意的，前台給每個房間送了一份禮物，有一衹毛絨玩具的小袋鼠，還有一個馬克杯。房間可以要小朋友的腳踩凳和床圍欄。酒店距離中南百草園有段距離，我們是開車去的還算方便。酒店裡面有小孩子玩的搖搖馬之類的設施，雖然不多但是孩子們玩的好開心。
設施沒打滿分的原因是傢俱稍有些舊，服務沒打滿分的原因是當天坐完最晚一班小火車沒有接駁車來接我們，打電話和前台溝通後等了20多分鐘車才來。但是畢竟是五一，也可以理解吧。
觀光火車券: 觀光小火車不錯哦，有幾個固定的站點可以喂小動物，建議早點去坐，我們最後一班車小動物們明顯有點吃不下了…

房間很乾凈，早餐也不錯，酒店還提供水果，還有驅蚊用品，創口貼等等也可以問服務枱，前台也是認真負責態度很好

房間很大，服務一流，管家小傑，提前聯繫我們，有任何需求都可以跟他反饋。下午5點從百草園回酒店下雨，直接安排了接駁車接送，贈送的早餐也很豐盛。酒店辦入住時，不方便打傘拿行李，酒店工作人員路過，直接過來幫忙撐傘。酒店門口就有小豬、羊駝、麋鹿，帶小朋友玩得很開心。
