Staying at Squirrel Hotel was a perfect experience! The butler's one-on-one service was incredibly professional, responsive, and thoughtful. Everything from check-in to check-out was seamlessly arranged. Overall, a five-star stay! 👍

The butler service was absolutely top-notch, incredibly warm and attentive, always thinking one step ahead. We had a minor issue upon check-in, and after contacting the butler, it was resolved quickly and efficiently. The hotel also has a squirrel park, which is super cute and perfect for families with kids. We had such a comfortable and worry-free stay, completely satisfied!

The overall hotel experience was excellent! The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help. It's great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

The Squirrel Hotel room we booked was incredibly cozy, with plenty of squirrel-themed decor. The family room's two beds easily accommodated several people. Later, due to some issues with our room, we were moved to the Banshan Yinzhu Hotel. The views there were even better, the facilities more modern, and the bedding comfortable. Getting around was just as convenient. A big thank you to the butler for their attentive service!

Staying at Squirrel Tribe Hotel was a great experience overall! The hotel is right inside the scenic area, and there's a shuttle service for getting in and out, which is very convenient. The butler service was also excellent. The only downside is that parking can be quite tight during holidays; it would be great if they could consider adding more parking spaces to be more accommodating for guests driving their own cars. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this squirrel-themed hotel! From the moment we entered the park, we were charmed by the adorable squirrel elements everywhere. The butler service was also beyond our expectations – so thoughtful! We had originally booked a standard room, but during check-in, the butler kindly upgraded us to a family room for free. The room was cozy and full of thoughtful details, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the natural light from the window was fantastic. Combined with the playful squirrel decorations, both adults and kids absolutely loved it.

The butler was both professional and friendly, always there when we needed something, yet also providing us with ample personal space—the service balance was just perfect. The hotel's location is also ideal for families; our child's highlight every day was visiting the squirrel park downstairs. Breakfast was delicious and the commute was convenient. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends and look forward to our next visit!
