選的滑雪套餐除了中晚飯基本全包，還是挺實惠的，就是晚飯可以吃的地方真的幾乎沒有，度假村的通病。上山的纜車還是挺順利的，風景很好。住的洞穴房間，很有特色的，房間也很大，配套還不錯，地暖空調都有，唯一要吐槽的是洗澡水有點發黃，不知道是不是管道問題，反正泡澡就無望的。早餐工作人員加菜也挺快的，位子不算特別多，菜品和一般五星級也差不多，口味還行。温泉的服務員很親切，一直提醒注意事項和幫忙拿毛巾，露天的温泉池子不夠大，人多估計要擠。服務我是吹爆的，尤其是我的管家allen，基本上有問必答，回覆很快，因為我們的車子出了一些問題一直麻煩他協調幫忙，態度非常好而且完全不敷衍。園區遇到的其他工作人員態度也很好，尤其是前台的幾位小年輕還幫忙提很重的箱子，都很積極。調度車輛上還是有一些慢和混亂，不過這是園區整體的管理問題，畢竟散客來的時間不一樣，建議最好有班車制度，控制好發車時間。纜車把自動扶梯停了真的想吐槽，拿着行李爬很高的台階堪比春運累個半死。

五一訂的星空房，房間裝修非常夢幻，孩子們很喜歡，管家rose的服務也很貼心周到，由於第一天山上大雨，她貼心地給我們送來了取暖器，烘鞋機，還冒雨送來了熱薑茶，非常暖心。下午茶也很好吃。但説上草原遊樂項目的管理混亂，當我們到達索橋時管理人員告訴我們衹能單向通行，需要繞到另一個山頭從那邊上橋，可後來看見索橋上都在雙向通行，根據説上草原提供的項目表步步驚心項目1.4米以上90公斤以下可以參加，等爬山到了項目，管理人員卻要求孩子需要40公斤以上，單這兩項害我們上上下下爬了好多路，浪費了很多時間，而客服卻輕描淡寫地説了句一切要服從現場項目管理人員規定，連個歉意都沒有，真的是生意太好了，夠牛掰的！

The overall service is very good. I traveled during the off-peak hours after the May Day holiday. I can only say that the physical feeling is not good because it is on the top of the mountain. It is really not easy to make water, food and facilities like this.
