六一親子出遊，選擇了種草很久的雲上草原。官方星空天文酒店真的太靠譜了，辦理入住很順利，全程接駁車+纜車上山。酒店房間設施全部天文主題，乾淨有特色，孩子特別喜歡，大露台太讚了。熱帶雨林餐廳的早餐也很給力，花樣足夠多，超適合親子，下午茶精緻又美味。管家Kevin超級細心，每個環節都提前給出建議，讓我們整個出行方便很多。總之太滿意了，娃也很開心，説等身高長滿120還要再來。😋😋😋

定的星球家庭房，小朋友興奮的不行，太太太喜歡了，酒店就在山上，出行方便，有短駁車，也可以自己租電瓶車，還有一對一管家Elmo田，認真負責，有問必答，還送了小風扇禮物，貼心

Taco的服務必須打滿分，真的很好。
六一帶小朋友出遊，酒店因為是在山上，多少都會有點潮氣，建議入住前客房部可以幫忙開窗通風，不然第一次進去的體驗感會很差，開門就是聞到一股黴味；還有淋浴間噴淋打掃衞生時可以調成噴頭，不要頂噴，住客在不知道的情況下會把頭髮弄濕，又要浪費時間吹頭髮，非常影響心情，感受也差；客房當中還有一些小問題暫且就不説了；
再説下交通，山下的交通真的有點離譜，因為人多，酒店也多，主要的交通疏導，應急管理能力都不足，辦好入住在門口等了半小時也沒車來接我們去索道站，後來在聯繫Taco後才安排了景區電瓶車來接；
最後還好Taco管家在服務上給我們留下了好印象；也希望酒店能聽取意見後能越辦越好！

管家服務不錯，早餐種類很多，遊玩項目很多，美中稍有不足的是南方濕度大，房間潮濕，但是這個也沒辦法，總體來説還不錯哦！不知道的都可以問管家，管家會貼心安排好，值得一遊！
