Stayed for 2 nights, the bed was not made, the towels were not changed, the garbage was not emptied, and the bathroom seemed to still have the toiletries and toothbrushes of the previous guest, see Figures 1 and 2. The shampoo provided was expired in more than 20 days, see Figure 3. If you take a long shower, the water will become cold, and you have to wait about 40 minutes before hot water will come again.
