The hotel's location is superb, convenient for travel, and surrounded by complete amenities, making it incredibly easy to explore or run errands. The lobby is elegantly decorated, clean and tidy, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you enter. The front desk staff were warm and professional, handling check-in efficiently and quickly, answering all questions promptly, and even offering helpful tips on nearby attractions and precautions – attention to detail was paramount. The room was spacious and bright, with a well-designed layout and impeccable cleanliness. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the pillows were the perfect height, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the soundproofing was excellent. The bathroom featured a separate shower and toilet, ample hot water, high-quality toiletries, and well-maintained facilities. The air conditioning, internet, and screen mirroring were all stable and reliable, providing an excellent user experience. The housekeeping staff were meticulous and thorough, tidying up promptly each day, ensuring a safe and worry-free stay. The breakfast was diverse and plentiful, a fusion of Chinese and Western options, fresh and delicious, with a full range of hot dishes, pastries, fruits, and drinks – the taste far exceeded my expectations. The public areas were quiet and orderly, with prompt service responses; any needs were addressed promptly, and I felt attentive and respected throughout my stay. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and is perfect for both business trips and leisure vacations. The room was bright and airy, the beds were spacious and soft, and the room was very clean with no unpleasant odors. The soundproofing was also good, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. This is my second stay. It's excellent value for money, and I'm very satisfied.

The room was stuffy, the window was small, it was close to the hallway, the elevator was noisy, and the window faced the corridor inside the building where many people would pass by. I felt unsafe sleeping alone, so I couldn't get a good rest.

The service was acceptable, but the facilities were incomplete. The TV required a fee to watch, which is unacceptable given the hotel's reputation for discriminatory service and differential treatment of guests. For example, breakfast milk was not provided for discounted rooms.

Environment: The environment is so-so. Although it's part of a building, only two floors are actually there; the lower floors are occupied by other hotel rooms. Soundproofing is poor; outside noise is barely tolerable, but the noise from the next room is very loud. Service: The front desk staff were very friendly.

The room is clean and hygienic. It is close to the train station and worth staying in.

I have stayed here several times. This time I took my family out for the Spring Festival and booked three rooms. It is cost-effective, with convenient parking downstairs. The staff is warm and patient. The hotel rooms are ventilated and bright, and the overall style is clean and tidy. I like the room with a view of the campus outside the window the most!
