房間很大，浴室做了乾濕分離，兩個洗手枱的設計對家庭入住很友好。瓶裝飲用水提供充分，小冰箱也會每天都補充免費飲料，黃梅季節房間裏的抽濕機幫了大忙。
服務積極主動，管家響應及時，有什麼問題都能妥善解決。畢竟是針對孩子的度假酒店，工作人員都很友善。健身房的設備也齊全，挺乾淨的，看得出有人一直在維護。
很遺憾由於下雨樂園很多項目不開，但是票價是不變的，孩子90元，在入住期間可以隨意出入。

酒店很大很新，環境優美，設施齊全，房間寬敞舒適，景觀一流。尤其是管家小周服務態度熱情周到、細心體貼、有求必應，給我們安排了景觀最好的房間和豐盛的下午茶及晚餐，使我們有了一次非常良好的入住體驗。

🚗交通：高鐵站出來打車大概40分鐘到酒店，開元嘉樂比都是獨棟的小別野，一共是3層，沿山而建，我們入住的是陽光田園房，在3樓，因為提前打電話諮詢了，陽光房是沒有遮擋的。可以直接看到對面的山和雲霧。下過雨的山裡，空氣更為清新。
🏡房間：不愧是親子酒店，房間裏面很貼心的安排好了所有小朋友的東西，包括小朋友的洗漱用品，小童拖鞋，小朋友的洗浴用品，還有小朋友用的免洗手液，真的是想的很周到了。
🍗餐食：餐廳在1樓，以中式餐點為主，麪包類的相對少一些的，但是炒菜很多，對於喜歡蔬菜的人非常友好。中餐和晚餐週中的話主要點菜為主，週末據説是有自助的。
🏊🏻♀️設施：游泳池是愛心泳池，適合拍照打卡，因為是露天的，也不是恆温的，下雨天就沒人下去玩了，適合天氣再熱一些來玩。健身房在泳池樓下。湯泉季節性開放，要冬天過來玩才開。
🎡樂園：入住了房間就可以不限次數進出樂園，房間送了2張成人票，小童補票90，因為下雨有些項目沒開，運氣好上午沒下雨，玩了一些遊樂設施，下午就在室內的小童樂園玩的，挺大的，也玩了3個多小時。
總的來説，下雨天玩的項目不是很多，適合喜歡慢生活的人來度假，躺平了3天，真的太愉悦了

這是一次非凡舒適的入住體驗，在酒店入住兩天一晚，可以兩天無限次進出樂園，樂園的設施有三十餘項，適合中低齡小朋友遊玩，所以帶娃出行的體驗感很好，酒店的每位工作人員都展現出了極好的服務素養，酒店也有管家小盧全程跟進，在入住前發送入住須知，在入住期間也一直在問詢需要，離店之後也很關注入住體驗，入住的別墅房型面積很大，環境也蠻不錯的，衞生也做的很到位，展現了度假型酒店該有的模樣，總體而言是一家值得再來的酒店，也會推薦給朋友，希望與安吉的下次相遇。

去之前看到了好幾個差評，還是有點擔心的，但是日期已經定好，就去了。住的三天兩晚的精緻房，落地窗外滿滿的綠色，但是不知道這個是不是才裝修過，傢俱味道還是很明顯，介意味道的最好別選這個房型。
酒店工作人員的態度都很友好，接駁車響應速度也很快，遺憾的是因為下雨，樂園項目好多沒開，沒玩到水上樂園，酒店裡的愛心泳池不錯，樂園裡的萌寶樂園讓小朋友在下雨天也能開心玩耍，聽工作人員説馬上有夜場了，已經期待下次去啦。🥰

房間佈局乃至傢俱都很有特色，面積超大🥰。園內去哪都有駁車，很方便，還配有貼心的私人管家-小盧可以自諮詢和聯繫各種服務。其他工作人員服務態度和質量也特別好。
因為工作日，人也不會很多很擁擠，體驗感很好，而且樂園裡麪還有萌寵表演、水上樂園，小朋友玩的很開心，下次還會過來二刷，三刷，四刷。😎

雖然有點下雨，但是阻擋不了娃要去遊樂場的心啊，酒店就在遊樂場裏，接駁車可以隨時送到，室內室外的項目都瘋玩了，很方便

各方面都比較滿意，特別是管家網絡服務，感到温馨，方便。但是，餐廳等服務還有待提高，我們套餐裏面有下午茶，但不管是3樓咖啡廳，還是大堂都不清楚是怎麼回事；晚餐吃了一個多小時，菜也吃完了，飯也吃完了，一個湯就是沒有上，催問説是太忙。最後就衹好不喝湯就回房了。周邊可能是因為基建，噪聲，環境還有待提高。
