Hotel Indigo ANJI by IHG

The staff were all very helpful. The hotel environment and everything else were fine, nothing to complain about. The only minor inconvenience was that you had to walk around to get to the elevator, which was a bit troublesome. Otherwise, it's a great choice with good value for money. I'd definitely come back next time.

Came to Anji for a staycation over the Dragon Boat Festival and Indigo was definitely the right choice. Breakfast is served until 11 AM with a great variety of options. The cave bar in the hotel is very unique. The only downside was the bad weather, so I couldn't try out the pool. I'll definitely be back next time!

The biggest draw of this hotel is its location within the Lingfeng Scenic Area, offering truly picturesque views. While not massive, the hotel is built into the hillside, and you can tell the designers put some thought into it. What truly disappointed me was the service. The staff lacked a service-oriented mindset, and their interactions felt stiff, which is a far cry from what you'd expect from an IHG property. They had a habit of calling guests 'boss,' making it feel more like a business setting than a relaxing stay. The cleaning staff would often just look down when they saw guests, as if entering a 'meditative state.' The breakfast, however, was quite good with a wide variety of options. What really left me speechless was receiving a call from a hotel representative on my way back, asking me to rate my stay. When I explained I was driving on the highway and would provide feedback later, she hung up before I could even finish my sentence. 😂😂😂

The room was fantastic with a picturesque view. The hotel facilities were also excellent, perfect for families, with an infinity pool and even a bar with live music! It was a perfect vacation experience, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Anji.

Surrounded by a tranquil bamboo forest, the environment is serene and healing. The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities felt high-quality. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and responded promptly. The food at Jiwei Restaurant was delicious, and the service was professional and thorough. The dining experience was very comfortable. Overall, it was a perfect experience; the design is excellent and creates a wonderful vacation atmosphere.

My stay at the Indigo Hotel Anji's mountain view king room was absolutely delightful. The room was spacious and bright, with a unique design that cleverly blends local landscape elements with a modern aesthetic. Opening the window revealed a stunning mountain view – expansive and serene, providing a truly relaxing environment. Special thanks to Ruby at the front desk. She was incredibly professional, warm, and meticulous from check-in to answering all my questions. She provided many thoughtful assists during my stay, always maintaining a genuine and friendly service attitude that made me feel right at home. Her attentive service greatly enhanced my travel experience. From the hotel environment and room quality to the service level, everything was impressive. I will definitely choose the Indigo Hotel again when I visit Anji next time, and I'll be recommending it to my friends. Very satisfied with everything – the environment, room, and service were all excellent. The only minor downside was that the hotel didn't have mouthwash when I asked for it.

Overall, the hotel is great. The public areas are very well-designed, with many spots perfect for photos. The room was spacious, and both the design and amenities were comfortable. The Marshall speaker was fantastic, and they even sent a birthday cake. Breakfast was very rich and plentiful. Although it was the same for both days, items were replenished promptly throughout the long dining period. The food sections were clearly delineated, and the space was utilized efficiently, making for an excellent dining experience. A special shout-out to some of the staff who were incredibly friendly! 👍

This hotel is located right next to Lingfeng Temple, offering beautiful scenery and fresh air. The room was tidy and the bathroom was spacious with a great wet/dry separation, and no unpleasant smells. The breakfast isn't elaborate, but it has everything you need. This hotel is perfect for those traveling by car.
