A yellow blot on the IHCL brand! We are currently staying here and are fed up of the non existent service. The housekeeping staff is absolutely taj and wonderful, while the other staff is trained in which training institute if at all is beyond me. The breakfast live counters are in ***ned orders placed take a bear minimum of 30 minutes at the breakfast buffet. There is no mini bar and further when you order for cashews they are yet to be delivered 2hours and 4 calls later. The service will sink this mountainous property.

Wow superb property with best value for money.we met diksha from the reception who help for the check in ..she truly nice person ..***y ***y thank you ..I was not well midnight Ninad had help me for the Dr assistance.hotel n amenities were good..

We had a wonderful stay..The place is very serene & tranquil..The food is good..The complimentary high tea was also good..The staff is very courteous especially duty ***ager diksha who was very helpful and courteous..Overall had a great time..

The room was comfortable so does the entire team. Diksha from front desk. We had the best time in the hotel. Hotel team arranged a beautiful honeymoon decor and surprised with a beautiful photo frame. Every day evening by the time we came back to the room Houskeeping team ***n and Diksha from front desk surprised with us new elements. We bumped into Chef Tejal who served the best pancakes and french toast. We cherish the memory carried back. Will visit the property again.

Memorable stay at the hotel. Super attentive staff and excellent service...not a single request or service was delayed. Best place to visit with family and friends. A big shout to Su***, Diksha & Tushar. Special mention to Dashrat at the pool side for being super attentive. Only thing missing is the gym😬

Good location, property and great staff! overall the breakfast was good but as foodie would recommend to visit other places for breakfast. Only suggestion would be to provide glass containers of water as all major properties provide rather than bisleri bottled water. All best restaurants and beaches are 10 mins from the location. Overall great experience.
