Seems like owner has changed. 9 yrs ago, this place used to be great but now its pathetic. Food is pathetic, service is worst, rooms are unpleasant.

fairly well maintained property but lacks proper reception staff. same people manage reception housekeeping restaurant. food quality good but authentic goan food not available. luckily there is a taxi/self drive vehicle service available outside the gate with competitive rates.

Very friendly staffs and room was too good with large bed and nice picture in room, nice breakfast, we enjoyed the resort, good swimming pool. Lovely resorts. Thanks for memorable stay at ginger tree boutique resort.

Very poor rooms, food, hygiene and safety

All the rooms have a musty smell. Even we were tried to change the room, all the rooms had a musty smell, so there is no room to change. Air conditioning is noisy all night, i couldn’t sleep. Room is not cleaned. We booked 3 night but due to disturbed sleep with noise and smell, we leave this hotel in 1 night. Hotel refuses to refund for rest of 2 nights and said “we show you all room but you didn’t like it (so it is not our problem and it is your problem)
i couldn’t believe. We paid more than 10, 000 rs just for disturbed sleep in goa.
