It's an average hotel. The services are not up to the mark. Swimming pool is not properly maintained only the breakfast was good

Hotel rooms are not maintained at all. Wooden ply was coming off. Rooms had water dripping. I left the hotel in two days. Had reservation for 4 days. Can imagine how bad it is. They have hyped property not worth more than 2000 per night. They have no pool either lied on pics

Hotel was not well maintained. Rooms were shabby, especially the toilets. One of the rooms given was having water on floor (because of the rain in goa, but still) swimming pool was not operational despite of it being advertized in mm t portal. I had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, but cancel-led the 2nd night stay because of poor infrastructure. Food was good. But the overall experience was bad.

Breakfast was delicious. They allowed us to check out late. Very friendly and supportive staff. The room was pretty clean and well maintained. I had an issue regarding hot water but they provided it later. Overall i enjoyed the stay.

Hotel location was good, room size was excellent but hygiene was compromised. I could see cockroaches walking around on bed-side table. Made videos of the same and shown to hotel front office during checkout on 19th aug 24
