Very clean. The room is not big but very new. The location is very good, in the city center. It is a good choice if you are in the center of Ankara, and the price is not high. Breakfast doesn't have much variety but it's passable. The only thing is that the WiFi is not very good

Positive points: breakfast included (wasn't amazing but nice to have if you're more budget-minded); relatively sheltered from the restaurant/club noise from the nearest street; excellent central location; the room and hotel itself were very clean and well looked after.
Negative points: randomly one afternoon the shower stopped working; the walls are pretty thin so if your neighbours are talking on the phone etc. then you will definitely hear them; the room had a faint (but noticeable) smell of cigarettes, although I admit this isn't uncommon in Turkey; the wi-fi was *very* intermittent - clearly not able to handle a high number of simultaneous connections.
Overall I would probably try a different hotel if I visited Ankara again, but if all you're after is a basic place to stay and don't plan on spending much time at the hotel, the Bukaviyye is perfectly adequate.

I went to Ankara because of my wife's job and to see my daughter who lives there. I have a 3-week hip replacement surgery. My son-in-law brought me to the reception, my daughter had gone to tow the car. They did not allow my son-in-law to carry my belongings. Anyway, the officer took out my bag. Later, my daughter came to the reception and wanted to go upstairs to help me, but they did not allow her either. The rule is that people who are not staying at the hotel cannot go upstairs. Thank you for treating a 62-year-old woman with crutches and walking difficulties as if they were trying to throw a man or woman into a potential room. The hotel is a small and decent hotel, but it was not suitable for my situation.

The hotel is new and clean the rooms are spacious, the bathroom could be bigger! Having a parking lot in a very central location is a great advantage. The staff is friendly and polite. Breakfast was buffet style and quite nice.
