The staff was okay, but the cleanliness and overall condition were disappointing. There was a lot of hair and dust, and the room and bathroom were not properly cleaned.
There were also many defects and signs of damage: loose wallpaper, a damaged sink, unpleasant smells, and various other damaged parts throughout the room. Overall, the hotel needs better maintenance.
It’s okay if you only need a cheap place to sleep, but don’t expect much. I personally wouldn’t recommend it.

The hotel is not really up to a 4-star standard. It needs some maintenance and improvements. The shower faucet was not working properly, and there was hair on the bed sheets. The hot water was also not working at first, but it was fixed after I reported the issue.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel. The bed and the bathroom were not clean, and the bedsheets and pillowcases had visible stains on them. Cleanliness is one of the most important things I expect from a hotel, so this was not an acceptable experience. I hope the management improves their housekeeping standards for future guests

This hotel only needs one change – replace Abdullo at the reception. He is definitely the 'weakest link,' and since late-arriving guests have to interact with him, it leaves a completely bad impression of the entire hotel! I don't recommend staying here until the senior management fires Abdullo from the reception.

First of all, the staff ignored our warnings. The hot water in the bathroom wasn't working, and despite telling them multiple times, we never heard back. The shelves in the closet where we put our clothes were dusty. Even though we were a couple, there was only one of each toiletry item.
