Is icin geldigim Ankara'ya ailemi de getirmistim. Otel, merkezi konumuyla en bjyuk tercih sebeplerimden oldu. Her yere oldukca yakin ve ailem de benden ayri olarak istedikleri yerlere kolayca gidebildiler. Otel personeli oldukca ilgiliydi. Oda ile ilgili taleplerimize hizli donus yaparak bize yardimci oldular. Kahvaltisini da doyurucu bulduk. Surekli kahvaltilik urunleri yenilediler, memnun olmadigimiz bir sey olmadi. Otel biraz eski oldugu icin kullanilan havlu, nevresim gibi urunler eski kalmis. Bunlar yenilenirse cok daha iyi olur. Bir de banyoya elbise/ havlu asmak icin askilar eklebilirse cok guzel olur. Bu oteli genel olarak tavsiye ederim. Ankara'ya yolum duserse burada yeniden konaklarim.

A fuir, surtout ne séjourné pas ici..... Mon séjour professionnel était un cauchemar avec cette hôtel chambre Suite 508. Vous ne pouvez pas parler avec me les personnels pour poser ne serait-ce une question, Personnels très agressif est mal poli, ils ne veulent pas être dérangés dans leur commérages avec les collaborateurs qui doivent justement nous servir enfin normalement.... Personnels d'accueil un grand 0 Personnels de restauration un grand 0 Personnels du service maintenance un grand 0 Personnels du nettoyage un grand 0 Aucun respect, aucune relation professionnelle, aucune qualité.... Le nettoyage une catastrophe Le petit-déjeuner un honte ci-joints les photos en annexe. Aucune qualité de services Faudrait changer tous le personnels, une honte ont se croirait dans les arrière rue de quartier..... Le RAMADA situé à ankara ne reflète pas les vrais RAMADA de grande qualitée à Istanbul RAMADA, Izmit RAMADA, Genève RAMADA Je vous déconseille fortement le séjour à RAMADA ANKARA un grand 0

Eski ve kötü otelin odalarınlan yatağından ve küçüklüğünden memnun kalmadım yastıklar da kötüydü havlu kalitesi de iyi değil kahvaltısı ve personelleri iyiydi ama özellikle Restorant çalışanları oldukça kibar ve iyiler

The biggest disappointment was the language barrier. Only few of day staff were able to speak english. None of the night shift staff were able to speak english. We had water leak in one of our rooms at 3 am, no one was able to understand and help. One of the staff was even giving us hard time and got so aggressive. Breakfast is very simple, not many choices, no fruits and nuts.
