Movenpick Hotel Ankara Reviews

This was our third stay at the MövenpickAnkara and they never disappoint. Guaranteed excellent night’s sleep with comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast is amazing but it is the service that makes the Movenpick outstanding. The staff are well trained under the watchful eye of the Duty Manager, from front desk check in, room service, housekeeping to restaurant service. The hotel was particularly busy on this occasion but there was no drop in standards. Well done Movenpick. I’ll be back.

Uzun zamandır kaldığım en iyi oteldi. Konumu, imkanları, kahvaltısı ve hepsinden önemlisi personelin kaliteli ve güler yüzlü hizmeti dört dörtlüktü. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Çok temiz ve çok kaliteli bir otel.

In generaly I was satisfied with the hotel. They didn't help us for VIP acses option. Even though we got a non-smoking room, the room smelled of cigarette

Location was convenient. The bed in the room was horrible. The mattress was hard and very uncomfortable. When I complained, they did bring a soft padding, but that did not help. These mattress needs to be changed.

Though my room was nonsmoking , it smelled like cigarettes badly . Air conditioning was working only as a heating warm , not cooling . My room temperature was about 28C degrees , barely could sleep . I could here neighbors opening and shutting a very heavy window in their rooms all night long , felt like walks in room shakes every time . It is definitely 2-3 star hotel , not 5. Please be aware before making reservation .
