The location is quite good, the rooms are clean. However, the room I stayed in was small. Although there is no problem with the service, the professional approach is poor. In general, the wage/performance relationship is close to good, could be better.

This is a old hotel with a very unfriendly service. They will charge you extra with any excuse they get.
There are only refugees stay here, lots kids, noises and slow elevators.
Avoid if you can .

The location is the best part. The building was old and the room was somewhat run down and a bit dirty, like stains on the wall. The staff were pretty nice for the most part, the pool is very nice by ankara standards. The breakfast is also above average. Decent value though... Oh and the wifi is just terrible. Seriously it will not work.

Lovely staff, they were the best part of the hotel. Breakfast was also good (Turkish style breakfast). However, the hotel itself need a little refurbishment. I asked to switch rooms, but even the non-smoking rooms smelled of stale cigarettes. On another negative note, I had issues with other male guest trying to get into my room late at night, scary but reception were quick to help. I also heard other male guests shouting late into the night, which is not the hotel’s fault, but it has put me off coming back.

There was a strong smell mixed with cigarette smoke in the corridors and rooms. Even though we requested a non-smoking room, it smelled of cigarette smoke.
As of 9am, terrible and loud music was coming from the pool. Despite our warning, it took more than half an hour for the sound to decrease. Playing loud music by the pool (at least until noon) while people are sleeping is not acceptable in hotel management.
Air conditioners do not cool enough, they are old and noisy.

Stay away from this place. Bathroom was filthy. Toilet had stains on the outside body of bowl. Requested bathroom towels at 9pm night received them at breakfastthat too upon checking with lobby. The front lobby looks good but rooms are dated. Bed sheets had holes in them.
Breakfast was below par if this is truly a 3.5 star hotel. I couldnt find water let alone any breakfast juices.
