The hotel was clean and nice. The service was good. The bathroom was nicely arranged. The location of the hotel was comfortable with traffic. It is a suitable location for Ankara Bilkent City Hospital.

The facilities are very good, but I didn't expect it to be a bit remote. It is on the edge of a small town, and the shopping mall at the back has not yet opened for business. There is an A** next to it, which is very convenient. Of course, if you are on a business trip and are close to your clients, you can choose. Local meals are very cheap, but the current location is a bit too desolate.

The front desk was very welcoming. I accidentally left something at the hotel. The staff helped solve the problem and finally sent it to the next hotel smoothly. Very nice service.

Ankara'ya gittiğimde kesinlikle tercih ettiğim otel. 3 sene önceydi sanırım gittiğimde pırıl pırıldı hala öyle. Otel müdürü değişmiş ancak aynı titizlik devam ettirilmiş. Rahat etmek isteyenler için harika bir otel. Birkaç tane olumsuz yorum okudum. Oldukça haksızlık edildiğini düşünüyorum çünkü personel çok nazik ve ilgili. Hilton markası altında DoubletreebyHilton’lara güvenerek gidiyordum ancak bu konaklama tam bir hüsrandı. Oda servisi ve personel ilgisi iyi ama havlular yeterli değil, kahvaltıdaki ürünlerin tazeliği şüphe içerisinde bıraktı, mini barın boş olması bu konaklamamda keyif almamı engelledi.
