This Hotel is nothing but a Hostel. It is not luxurious. Not a 5 star property. Totally disgusted by how dirty the carpet is. Lugar rack fallen apart
I asked for a manager because we found some pills and a some med empty package under the bed. Outlets on the rooms are ripped off the walls. Not as expected. I was told that a manager was out of town for a week as if they don’t know how to Habdle a request at the front desk. Staff needs more training .not worth your money

Fabulous hotel with most comfy n luxurious standard rooms. Given a choice of FOUR pillows. Good location near to student area. Good breakfasts and pleasant service both at reception and in the restaurant.

Siamo stati una notte in questo hotel bellissimo una camera molto grande con letto kingsize e salottino. Un kit da bagno meraviglioso completo di tutto. Una terrazza stupenda con una vista bellissima su Ankara, la terrazza circonda il ristorante che si trova appunto all'ultimo piano. Ho cenato una sera tutto molto buono e una colazione altrettanto buona. Meraviglioso hotel peccato che ci sono stato solo di passaggio per una notte.

Havuz hic bir sekilde cocuklara kullandirilmiyor.havuzda bir kisi bile yokdu yinede kolluk mayo bone herseyi olmasina ragmen almadilar.cocuk aglamakdan helak oldu genede almadilar.aklim mantigim kabul etmedi . Hayretler icinde kaldim. Resepsiyon cok uzuldu kucuk bir jakuzi olan oda werdiler. Cok tesekkur ederim . Ama cocuk genede uyurken bile havuz sayikladi

Hotel bello e rifinito, cena buffet buona, peccato impossibile dormire dalla puzza di fumo in camera, incomprensibile in un 5 stelle poca attenzione alla qualità della pulizia e odore delle camere. Non abbiamo utilizzato la Spa ma dalle foto sembra bella.

Hotel fantastico en cuanto a habitaciones, buffet y personal de comedor. La unica pega es con el personal de recepcion que llamamos dos veces por un problema con el wifi , las dos veces nos dijeron que iban a mandar a un tecnico y las dos veces no aparecio…. El prpblema puede que sea el tecnico…

Hatay büyüksehır belediyesi anlaşmalı oteli oldugundan yıllardır her zaman kaldıgımız bir oteldi. 6 şubat depreminde evimiz yıkıldı enkazdan cıkıp yakınlarımızı kaybettik üstümüz başımız perişan arabamızı kurtarıp orduya doğru yola çıkmışken ankarada mola verıp 1 gece uyumak ıcın oteli aradık, durumumuzu anlattıgımız ve otelde kaydımız olmasına rağmen bizden belediye kimliği istediler evimiz yıkıldı ne kimliği? Kimliği nerden bulalım? Üstüne üstlük ücreti hesaplayıp cocugumuz ıcınse ayrıca ücret istediler. her şey para değil bilin isterim.
