Although the room was generally clean, the floors were sticky, the room temperature was extremely hot, but there was not even a spoon in the apart room, and breakfast was not ready even though it was written at 7.30. The staff was friendly.

There was hair and dust on the floor in the room. The kitchen area was very dirty. When I was leaving the hotel in the morning, I informed the reception about the issue and asked for cleaning. When I arrived in the evening, I was informed that no cleaning was done and that it could not be done in the evening due to lack of personnel. Even though breakfast was served the next day and the hotel staff kindly pointed out the mistake, I experienced inconvenience. The breakfast was deemed inadequate. The location of the hotel is remote. In short, it was an experience that I was not satisfied with.

The staff is friendly, the room is clean and beautiful. In terms of wages, it is much better than similar wages.

Until now, I have stayed in many hotels, from big to small, for business reasons, and there has never been another hotel where I felt as comfortable as this hotel. A decent, quiet hotel, not a hotel with unnecessary people. Don't worry about being in the center of Ankara, you won't regret it. It is a clean hotel designed in suite style, with a kettle in the kitchen even in its standard rooms. It was more comfortable than most luxury hotels. The employees were caring and competent in their jobs. Breakfast ***meat is sufficient and in the form of an open buffet. They helped us with many issues, from early check-in to kitchen needs. It's not like the furniture is old, it's just that the stoves in the kitchen don't work, which is normal. There were people who said that it doesn't work when hair is dry, it was like that for us too, only the plug was out, we plugged it in and it worked, they said there is no closed wardrobe in the bedroom, there is an open design which makes the room look more spacious, but they did not see the mirrored wardrobe at the door entrances. If we had to point out something missing, it was interesting that there was no ventilation in the bathroom, but it was not a problem. The lack of carpet on the floors may be a problem, but it was much nicer for us with asthma. The parking lot allocated for the hotel was not enough, we left it on the street, but it was nice to have a separate place and charging station for electric vehicles. In short, it was well above our expectations for its price. I hope they always stay like this and with the same quality.
