Well maintained and clean business hotel. A bit far from the city but easily reachable to many attractions and restaurant areas in 20min commute. Very good quality amenities and friendly staff.

The room is big, and the two beds are big, so it's very comfortable to stay with a half-grown child. There seems to be an outlet mall next door. It's about 140 lira to take a taxi to the museum

Hahaha, the hotel service is really very good. There is a shopping mall next to it. The point is that Ankara is the capital, but the restaurant in the shopping mall next to it doesn’t speak English. I never expected that the hotel room is very large and the service is very good. I will choose this hotel again in the future.

The air conditioning had a problem with cooling. The whole room was always around 26 degrees and the temperature could not be lowered at all. Reporting the situation was useless because I did not sleep well the whole night due to the heat. Other than that, the facilities and services were good.

The hotel is in a good location, with shopping malls and restaurants nearby. The hotel is very tidy and the rooms are large and clean.

The staff is very nice, free valet parking; the location is not in the city center, but not far away, the podium is a large outlet with many good restaurants; the cultural atmosphere in central Ankara is grand and calm, and the food is more appetizing than Istanbul; the hotel SPA is very good;

The breakfast was terrible and the air conditioning was so intermittent it was so hot.

I stayed with my family on the evening of April 11, 2024. I just bought the room. The room temperature was set to 28.4 degrees from the central air conditioner system and we literally couldn't sleep because of the heat in Ankara. I called the reception at 2 am. I asked, "Is there anyone looking like us?" The friend said yes, he looked for a few more rooms. It is impossible to understand that the air conditioners are stuck in the winter setting. Such a hotel should have a technical team that follows these issues. Crowne Plaza Ankara does not suit its name at all. As a result, we could not rest well and we did not leave the hotel happy. I have serious doubts about booking again. I hope you follow this air conditioning adjustment issue and adjust it precisely. If not, it's hard to please people. enjoy your work C.F.

Overall it's great, the service attitude is very good, there is a shopping mall next to it, very convenient. The only small problem is that the bed in the twin room is really small. If this can be improved, it will be perfect!

The towels were a bit old, and the slippers were typical thin disposable Turkish slippers, which was not what I expected from Crown.
