Nothing happened that I was not satisfied with 😊 The hotel is clean. The sheets in the rooms are clean. They gave me a room with a bathtub in the bathroom. It was a pleasant surprise 😊 the room is filled with water every day, there is a minibar, a TV, and I was very happy to have a desk in the room because I will be studying. One of the best and different things about other hotels I have stayed in is that the minibar and room service prices are written. There was a gentleman and a lady, a bellboy, who checked me in on the first day. They are very kind 😊 There is a hairdryer in the bathroom. The towels were all laid out. All the necessary little things too. Housekeeping is very friendly and attentive. During the 7 days I stayed in this hotel, I have only good moments 🥰 My next choice will be here again, Eminem 😊 Breakfast was an open buffet. There are a variety of cheeses. Soup is offered 😊 sweets, murebbels, various coffees, that is, every zovge is good 😊 I used to wake up early for this 😄 Thank you for everything!!

Hotel I like very much, very successful location, cafes, shops nearby. Metro is nearby. For Ankara, a decent breakfast. Only eggs are missing))). The room has everything you need. The bathroom has even a fan. Towns. All the ingredients of shampoo, gel, air conditioner. Slippers for shoes. I have already lived in this hotel several times, always go to the meeting to settle before the time of arrival.

From the moment we entered the hotel, friendly and warm-hearted dear friends accompanied us to our room. When we entered the room, it was more comfortable and cleaner than many 5-star hotels, and the jacuzzi in the room was a really excellent activity for you to spend your time better. Per il mio primo viaggio in Turchia, ho prenotato il soggiorno di 10 giorni/9 notti in questo albergo. Camera con letto matrimoniale usata come singola. All'arrivo, in fase di check-in, mi hanno chiesto la compilazione informativa Covid e di mostrare HES Code ( versione Turca del Green Pass europeo ). Terminate queste formalità, viene consegnata la chiave elettronica e comunicata la password per accedere al Wi-Fi. Per arrivare alla stanza, c'è un ampio ascensore: questo, unitamente ad una rampa di accesso dal piano stradale, rendono questo hotel comodo anche alle persone che hanno difficoltà a deambulare, o alle famiglie con bambini in passeggino. Il cambio della biancheria avviene con cadenza discontinua; a volte quotidianamente, a volte ogni 2 giorni. Quando il cambio avviene, vengono lasciate a disposizione dell'ospite 2 bottiglie di acqua da 33cl, prodotti di toeletta monouso, 2 paia di ciabattine monouso ed il cambio della biancheria da bagno. Nella stanza sono a disposizione cuscini aggiuntivi, mini frigobar (non rumoroso), cassaforte, impianto di condizionamento e riscaldamento, televisione con numerosi canali in turco ed 1 in inglese. Nella camera sono a disposizione molte prese elettriche e USB, pure vicino ai comodini, dove sono state installate anche lampade a muro comode per leggere prima di addormentarsi. L'elettricità funziona solo a tessera magnetica inserita nell'apposito alloggiamento, una volta entrati nella camera. E' permesso fumare sul balcone, e infatti è a disposizione un posacenere; la mia esperienza negativa, a tale proposito, è stata che, essendo io un non fumatore, durante la prima notte ho sentito molto forte il puzzo di nicotina del quale si erano impregnati i tendaggi. Nei giorni successivi ho provveduto ad arieggiare frequentemente la stanza, e la puzza è sparita. Sono applicati doppi tendaggi: uno più leggero e trasparente per il giorno, ed uno più pesante per la notte. Nella stanza da me occupata, il bagno disponeva di doccia, ma era priva di bidet che, come in tutta la Turchia, viene sostituito da un getto di acqua azionabile dal w.c. A disposizione anche un asciugacapelli, potente e non ”sfiatato” come spesso avviene con quelli a muro. Il servizio di prima colazione è compreso a seconda del ”pacchetto” acquistato: personalmente l'avevo incluso, ed i primi giorni sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito dalla qualità dell'offerta; trattandosi di una colazione turca, spaziava dal dolce, al salato, con formaggio, uova, ecc. Successivamente, confrontata alle colazioni che è possibile consumare in locali all'esterno dell'albergo, risulta scarsa: al costo di circa 30 TRY, in locali poco distanti era infatti servita una colazione decisamente migliore per qualità e quantità. Nota positiva: lo staff in Reception, presente 24 ore al giorno, 7 giorni su 7, sempre a disposizione ed efficiente. Gli addetti parlano, ovviamente turco, ed alcuni anche inglese; chi non lo parla fluentemente, si dà però molto da fare per capire e

The hotel is old and starting to show its age, bed fine, internet is dreadful, having to keep logging on, very frustrating, TV keeps freezing can only assume it’s the same internet issues, price for B&B &190 so not cheap, asker about the lounge now I’m here and told its €40 per day, breakfast rate here is €25 per day, with the lounge access you can get breakfast, so asked if I could credit my breakfast and book the lounge to be told no, basically everything is set to extract money from you, good member for some time, also an IHG member with top status, would save you money and book the Crowne plaza for half the price, location is next to very old mall with a lot of cheap items. The escalators to take you down do not work, escalators up or working, think they are trying to save money. I’ve stayed at a number of hotels in Ankara and not the best, but guess it good for the American standard of hotel.

I have visited the hotel for a business meeting and I got very pleasant surprised by it and its staff. The people in the hotel and the staff at the reception were very supportive and helped me with some urgent issues that appeared at the time of my stay. I am very satisfied and would love to come back if I have the chance.

Wonderful hotel, convenient location (there are many cafes and shops nearby), clean, spacious room. I booked accommodation with breakfast, very tasty food. Responsive and friendly staff. I recommend!

The hotel is located near the airport, which is very good for a stop on the one hand, but on the other hand it is very noisy there. The staff is very friendly. It is clean in the rooms. Breakfast is very easy to equip. Unfortunately, I couldn't sleep so relaxed because head kits are too high and too hard.
