From the moment we entered the hotel, friendly and warm-hearted dear friends accompanied us to our room. When we entered the room, it was more comfortable and cleaner than many 5-star hotels, and the jacuzzi in the room was a really excellent activity for you to spend your time better. In general, we liked it. When we come to Ankara again, I will definitely choose this place. I will recommend it to my circle. We thank you for everything .

Hotel I like very much, very successful location, cafes, shops nearby. Metro is nearby. For Ankara, a decent breakfast. Only eggs are missing))). The room has everything you need. The bathroom has even a fan. Towns. All the ingredients of shampoo, gel, air conditioner. Slippers for shoes. I have already lived in this hotel several times, always go to the meeting to settle before the time of arrival.

Otel çox təmizdir. Sabah yeməyində fərqli pendir növləri var. Dadlarını çox bəyəndim 🥰 müdirdən işçilerine qədər hamısı mükemmeldi. I stayed elsewhere all the time in Ankara. I stayed in your grandfather for the first time. Absolutely in full sense, the price performance hotel. I don't even bash more than the comfort and cleanness of the rooms. Even though there was nothing to talk about was very clean and comfortable. Workers are relevant and respectful. Per il mio primo viaggio in Turchia, ho prenotato il soggiorno di 10 giorni/9 notti in questo albergo. Camera con letto matrimoniale usata come singola. All'arrivo, in fase di check-in, mi hanno chiesto la compilazione informativa Covid e di mostrare HES Code ( versione Turca del Green Pass europeo ). Terminate queste formalità, viene consegnata la chiave elettronica e comunicata la password per accedere al Wi-Fi. Per arrivare alla stanza, c'è un ampio ascensore: questo, unitamente ad una rampa di accesso dal piano stradale, rendono questo hotel comodo anche alle persone che hanno difficoltà a deambulare, o alle famiglie con bambini in passeggino. Il cambio della biancheria avviene con cadenza discontinua; a volte quotidianamente, a volte ogni 2 giorni. Quando il cambio avviene, vengono lasciate a disposizione dell'ospite 2 bottiglie di acqua da 33cl, prodotti di toeletta monouso, 2 paia di ciabattine monouso ed il cambio della biancheria da bagno. Nella stanza sono a disposizione cuscini aggiuntivi, mini frigobar (non rumoroso), cassaforte, impianto di condizionamento e riscaldamento, televisione con numerosi canali in turco ed 1 in inglese. Nella camera sono a disposizione molte prese elettriche e USB, pure vicino ai comodini, dove sono state installate anche lampade a muro comode per leggere prima di addormentarsi. L'elettricità funziona solo a tessera magnetica inserita nell'apposito alloggiamento, una volta entrati nella camera. E' permesso fumare sul balcone, e infatti è a disposizione un posacenere; la mia esperienza negativa, a tale proposito, è stata che, essendo io un non fumatore, durante la prima notte ho sentito molto forte il puzzo di nicotina del quale si erano impregnati i tendaggi. Nei giorni successivi ho provveduto ad arieggiare frequentemente la stanza, e la puzza è sparita. Sono applicati doppi tendaggi: uno più leggero e trasparente per il giorno, ed uno più pesante per la notte. Nella stanza da me occupata, il bagno disponeva di doccia, ma era priva di bidet che, come in tutta la Turchia, viene sostituito da un getto di acqua azionabile dal w.c. A disposizione anche un asciugacapelli, potente e non ”sfiatato” come spesso avviene con quelli a muro. Il servizio di prima colazione è compreso a seconda del ”pacchetto” acquistato: personalmente l'avevo incluso, ed i primi giorni sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito dalla qualità dell'offerta; trattandosi di una colazione turca, spaziava dal dolce, al salato, con formaggio, uova, ecc. Successivamente, confrontata alle colazioni che è possibile consumare in locali all'esterno dell'albergo, risulta scarsa: al costo di circa 30 TRY, in locali poco distanti era infatti servita una colazione decisamente migliore per qualità e quantità. Nota positiva: lo staff in Reception, presente 24 ore al giorno, 7 giorni su 7, sempre a disposizione ed efficiente. Gli addetti parlano, ovviamente turco, ed alcuni anche inglese; chi non lo parla fluentemente, si dà però molto da fare per capire e

I have visited the hotel for a business meeting and I got very pleasant surprised by it and its staff. The people in the hotel and the staff at the reception were very supportive and helped me with some urgent issues that appeared at the time of my stay. I am very satisfied and would love to come back if I have the chance.

Booked this for my fiancé for her business trip. She loved it! Only down side was she couldn’t adjust the heat in her room so it was like a sauna but everything else was great

The room, linens and bathroom were clean. The staff was caring and friendly. overall it was a nice experience

We absolutely love love this place! It looks super new and updated and everything is just really convenient ! It’s about 5 mins away from the airport so perfect for when you have early flights or do not want to be too far away from airport. I forgot a whole thing at the hotel so it was super quick and convenient to fetch it right back from the airport. The place a few markets around, and overall just really clean. The bed is big, and depending on the room… you have a tiny access to a balcony. Breakfasts also great! (7-10). There’s a 24/7 restaurant downstairs that we took full advantage of. Honestly… no major complaints! I’d 100% come again.
