Rhia is awesome! She very helpful when it comes to anything that you need, and the other workers are very nice as well. The rooms are clean from top to bottom, and the location is close to everything.

The staff is very pleasant and readily available for assistance. Rhia has been extremely helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable! After bouncing around to at least 4 different hotels, I have received the best service here.

A dated location for sure. Everything felt safe and was quite, but besides the nice flooring the rooms themselves have seen better days down to old bedding. The beds, which are 100% average, set on metal cots that squeak when you move so bring something to drown it out. The blinds on the window in our room had no curtains so from 5:30 AM onward the room had a lot of daylight in it with no way to filter it out. I didn't have a thermometer to check but I don't think our fridge was close to 40*, the temp you need to store perishable food safely. We only stored soda in ours but it was barely lukewarm on the second day. I will say the shower was nice and hot and the AC was good and cold, which was nice. On checkout day we went to the lobby to drop off our key and there was a metal screen over the reception desk and no one to talk to at 10:30 am on a Sunday. Not sure if that was normal but we slid our key under the screen and left after taking out our own trash, which isn't optional. Overall would not recommend.

The most unprofessional hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There was mold in the bathroom with a shower that didn’t work. Notified the front desk who said “we’ll have someone come spray some bleach. Never showed up. For someone like me with severe allergies, this could’ve been really bad. I was told a manage would be in on Monday and to contact then and what a surprise they weren’t available. It’s been almost a month and they refuse to call me back or respond to my emails. Had no choice but to contact their local health department. Unreal.

No ice machine, limited vending (no water, only pop). Had to take garbage to the back dumpster before checking out. No hand towels, only 2 wash cloths and two bath towels. Had a kitchenette but no cookware or dishware.

Phone did not work. Blind did not shut all the way. Heater was stuck on high. No hand towels.

The bed linens didn't appear to be very clean. There is a distinct smell of cigarette smoke in the building. The person above me sounded like they were walking around and sliding furniture all night.

Room was very cleani, which is usually one of my first complaints so that was that was great refrigerator glass stove top hot water shower all great. My biggest thing was I couldn't get the heater to work at all and it was very cold..
