Hygiene: OK, looks very neat and clean.
Service: The front desk staff is okay and very enthusiastic.

Stayed here one night while on a road trip. Staff was friendly and room was clean. The room had some deferred maintaince like the carpet was ripped where it met the tile. Lots of parking. Lots of kids. It wasnt loud while we were there but there were warnings everywhere about queit time. It seems like thay struggle with noise or are extra about it.

Breakfast was good had more of selection than some other hotels,,very friendly an helpful staff at front desk,very clean rooms only downfall for me was curtains did not block out lighting only had thin see thru curtains

This is one of the absolute BEST hotels I've ever stayed at. If you're traveling with alone or with a family and need some peace and quiet this is the perfect destination.

The omelet at breakfast was wonderful. Safe parking and convenient restaurant close by.

The room and beds were very comfortable. Staff were helpful and attentive to our needs. Our pets were very comfortable in the room. Access to the outdoors was convenient. We will stay again, next time through Ankeny.
