The staff was absolutely amazing! The problems with the room were TERRIBLE! The aerator on the sink sprayed water everywhere, the drain on the sink leaked, and the water was so hot it literally burned the flesh off of one of my friends hands! I wish I could upload pictures of his hand.

The room was great, the staff was very pleasant, the pool was warm, close to town. Only bad was the bed was hard.

Breakfast was Luke warm. Out of many items. Room was cramped at doorway and getting past furnishings.

Quick check-in and check-out. Great hours for breakfast. Pool and hot tub were clean. Great stay.

The room was nothing like the pictures. There was no furniture in the room. The layout of the room was really inconvenient and uncomfortable. The bed faced the opposite direction of anything in the room. Unless you we re standing there was no way to watch the tv. The jets in the jacuzzi had zero pressure making it nothing more than a bathtub. The bathroom door knob was broken, the plug to the bath was broken. The bed was the absolute worst bed iv ever slept in. No spap, room was never cleaned, and the coffee and sugar packets were moldy.

Everything was Good and the service was Excellent! Dawn the night staff wad very friendly! The check out guy was friendly as well. Hot tub was hot pool was cool and both were clean. The only negative thing was I ask for another bath towel and all they had is one you step on when getting out. Either someone needs to do laundry or they need to buy more! I would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at this hotel in Ankeny many times thanks to it's reasonable rate. We will not be staying anymore. When we walked into our room, a cockroach scurried under the tv remote. We asked the front desk for a different room and they did seem concerned and apologetic. The kids swimming in the pool all said their eyes burned from the chemicals. Breakfast was barely okay. The orange juice came out looking darker than it should. The rooms and hallways are dimly lit with low a drop-ceiling and it just feels cheap.

The room was clean and the staff was nice. We checked in after 7p and had done the pre-check in online so were able to just get the key...very easy.

The staff were great, and the room was clean and comfortable. The star was the hot tub! Best. Hot tub. Ever.
