Clean rooms excellent staff breakfast was ok not much of hot selection though

Curtious staff, clean room. Needs some maintenance done in bathroom. Breakfast (eggs) would have been good had it not been sitting in the warming pan until it was hard and dried out. Waffle batter was very runny, unable to use

The lady at the front desk was extremly proffesional and helpful.

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly.

The staff was very helpful. We had 2 rooms and 1 was more updated than the other. Pretty clean though. They had Netflix so we could keep watching our show which was cool!

Meh…. Room was fine and bed comfortable. One of the TVs did not work and hall smelled a bit funky. The pantry to purchase drinks and snacks was virtually empty which ******.

Musty smelling, outdated decor, no usb ports in rooms, black junk in molding in shower, cracked walls

Somehow I had a handicapped room, not sure if I booked incorrectly but the staff transferred me to a suite the next morning. They were very gracious and understanding about it.

I was blown away! The cleanest, best-maintained “budget” hotel I’ve experienced. Our choice was based on location but the price was right and this was the only property in the area not rated below 6.5. I was blown away by the cleanliness and maintenance. 10/10! Our room was spacious and well designed and appointed. The property is inviting and feels like a resort three times the price. I travel light and fast and therefore I’m willing to sacrifice amenities for affordability. “No bugs/no mold” is my standard… and what I’m used to. This stay far exceeded expectations. I’ll look twice for Quality Inn and Suites from now on… but it’ll be hard to compare to Ankeny!
