A Victory Inn & Suites - Ann Arbor

Didn’t stay. Was very dirty. Unsafe environment. When I called to cancel they were rude, condescending and laughing at me. We didn’t stay. We are out $260

The staff member Dawn is great and deserves to be a general manager. The hotel is gross! Vomit in elevator and whole hotel stinks. It’s nothing more than a homeless shelter full of odor and mold. Very out dated. Best rate in town for a good reason.

the room was freezing. the heating unit want even plugged in. molding on door frame of the elevator was coming off the wall and when we got in the room there was dental floss on the night stand between the beds.

Let’s be honest. The place is crusty. If you’re a dude and can be ok with a place that reminds you or some off-campus college housing, you’ll be fine.

Place was dirty. Smelled of heavy smoke not just the no smoking rooms but hallways. Room was dirty. Lamp broken. No ice machines worked. Parking lot was land mind of potholes

This property was worse than a 3rd world country property

I mean this place is out of control bad. Like absolutely foul place. Terrified of bed bugs tbh. I mean the place was simple foul.

The hotel looked abandoned when we arrived. We wondered was it open for business. We had one towel for the two of us. The tv did not work. The heat did not work well. There were no blankets. In the end we left early and threw away a whole nights stay. The hotel should be condemned.
