It took 4 hours for us to get our room . I had a reservation. Check in was at was told it would be 15 mins until our room was ready and it took 4 hours. I could not afford to stay any other place so I had no option but to wait .

If I could, I would give this place 10 stars my experience with the hotel staff was amazing. They were very polite and helped me with anything that I needed, the general manager Tonya was very warm and welcoming. She made me and my family feel like family, she made me feel very welcomed and I appreciate that very much, the rooms were beautiful the beds were very comfortable, my room was extremely clean, the breakfast was delicious. Overall I would give this place a 10 out of 10 definitely going to be returning!

Wonderful wonderful staff!!! As much as your room and price and location are important, so are the staff where you’re staying too. Hospitality 10/10 every staff member from the maintenance guys to the housekeepers and front desk staff were all so welcoming. They made sure my pup and I were well taken care of throughout our stay. They are running a great place here!!! Wonderful team 😊 😊 Great job management!!!

I can say nothing but good things about Extended Stay America Ann Arbor MI. I suffer for allergies, and I was happy and surprise that they have rooms without carpet. I have been here for a couple of months, and I will say all the employs are very nice and they keep the hotel clean. Lundry room has both methos of payment either cash or credit card. I will definitely recommend it and I will back again.

I’ve been staying here at the Extended Stay America- Detroit - Ann Arbor - Briarwood Location for a while now. I enjoy the customer service . Everyone is very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this particular hotel to other. Very Thankful.

The hotel, in general is well maintained and clean. Staff is courteous and friendly. The rooms are spacious and it’s convenient to have a full size refrigerator and freezer, microwave and 2 element stove. Kitchen utensils, pots, pans and dish detergent are available at the front desk upon request. Hangers are available on request from the front desk. We found this unusual since most hotels will have hangers in each room. The only complaint we had was the bed was old and so soft (beat#up) that we rolled towards the middle and both had sore backs and necks for the duration of our stay. The pillows were also flat. I guess we should have asked if they could have been replaced…otherwise, it was a great value.

When checking in (lady) staff not very friendly. Listened to a staff member complain about cleaning nasty dirty rooms..on nice note the check out this morning was a man who was so nice and friendly.. (fridge was not in in room .. had to plug in my tv.. no hair dryer in room tv glued down to table right in from of the mirror.. 206 room
