I don't want to give this hotel a single cent. When I opened the curtains, I saw a funeral home. Now you know why it is called a guesthouse instead of a hotel. The room facilities can be described as a mess. I changed four rooms. The bed collapsed, the bathroom door could not be opened, and the toilet kept leaking. None of them could be checked in. It's really ridiculous that such a hotel can still exist on Ctrip. However, you can go there for Halloween👻💀

It was disgusting. I left. I could not stay here there was trash all up and down the hall way. Not like little teeny pieces of paper. I men like cocktail straws and small balled up napkins. The floor had a layer of dirt.

Workers where sleeping on their shift this past weekend he literally slept through breakfast and we had to go to McDonald’s to eat after they promised us breakfast.

Would never stay here again. In addition to being very outdated and full of cosmetic issues, there is no hot breakfast unless you count warming up a waffle in the microwave. The bananas were rotten. Our tv remote was missing a battery, our bedside lamp was missing a bulb, the do not disturb sign was printed on paper in black and white, bathroom lamp was missing cover and other one didn't work. I could go on. Very disappointed.

Our group had 4 rooms booked. One of the rooms - the handle was broken on the inside of the bathroom door and maintenance had to come open the door so our traveler could get out. In the same room the smoke detector was disassembled. In one of the other rooms, the toiletry items had not been replaced and were used. The front desk attendant was in his car smoking when we checked in. The beds were fairly comfortable but overall, was not a pleasant experience.

Nigh**are! They allow big dogs . Had big 100 lb pitbull barking all hours of the night . Then another couple was drunk arguing . Hallway smelled of pot and no curtain on window so I had parking lights coming into room . If I could give it a negative score I would.

RUN AWAY!!! Horrible experience; ran out of toilet paper, nobody at front desk, one towel for 2 people, TV broke, water damage in ceiling and drywall falling out, blow dryer fell off the wall, no breakfast or coffee (my wife got the last cup in the lobby and it was full of grounds and disgusting), charged me for a room I didn't use. You can tell that greed is what drives this hotel. Not interested in making anything right, or maintaining any part of the building. Called for a refund and they hung up on me. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! WORST HOTEL I've had in years.

One the room that Orbitz charge me for was not the room I got and the hotel was dirty my room had broken doors and I pay for the breakfast but there wasn't nothing there but cereal so I'll never use Orbitz or this hotel again

Entry ceiling was leaking. Called hotel ahead to check on pool and hot tub hours before booking. Booked and arrived same day and no hot tub or pool working (pipe broke a week ago). No toilet paper in room (remedied quickly). No paper towels or soap in first floor public bathroom. Bed was fine. TV was small. Lighter found by bed floor in nonsmoking room (not removed by cleaning staff??)
Location was convenient for our event and for restaurants. Felt safe. Room was otherwise clean. Breakfast was very meager (coffee, cereal, danish individualky wrapped, bagels—- no milk or cream cheese or butter)
