這次住宿經歷實在令人失望，無法稱之為酒店的水準。我為了家人來安娜堡讀書選擇了這家酒店，然而兩天的入住卻成為了一場噩夢。電梯故障，不得不兩天裏不停地徒步負重上下樓梯。空調也完全不能正常製冷，不論開關狀態都發出刺耳的噪音。衞生間的電燈壞了，第二天竟然沒有熱水可用，甚至讓人無法洗個痛快澡。我多次要求維修或更換房間，但酒店服務人員卻告知大部分房間都是這種狀況，甚至沒有多餘房間，可笑的是酒店停產位基本上都是空着的。整夜的折騰下來，即便關閉空調仍然伴隨噪音，無法入眠，更別提洗漱了。早晨的早餐也是令人大失所望，衹有小麪包和飲料，毫無豐富選擇。雖然我在攜程預付了房款，但卻無法退款重新選擇酒店，而在退房時，他們竟然無法提供賬單，聲稱是系統故障。總之，我強烈建議攜程終止與這家酒店的合作關係，並且呼籲大家不要考慮預訂這家酒店。

We left airpods in the room and the front desk refused to help us find them. We made many calls (5) to the front desk, the manager and then to corporate with no call backs. There is no hospitality at this hotel. They kept giving ua the run around regarding lost and found not being available to the front desk and only the cleaning team had access, then they would ask us to call back later, I left messages with the manager and no response back.

Updated design, comfy, spacious, clean & pet friendly rooms at a great price point! Hot coffee, tea & assorted fruit available in the nicely appointed, spacious lobby upon arrival. Free breakfast included from 6am-10am. Waffle machine was broken but everything else was in working order & delicious!

My swimsuit got ruined (bleached) in the hot tub, is there any compensation for a ruined suit? It’s my favorite suit. I did report the issue to the front staff and they made a report on Sunday morning 2/18/2024.
The shower drain was really slow and the water pressure really weak.
Otherwise, the staff and property were very good.
