Birubi Beach Holiday Park

There is no words...just avoid atam costs, rude staff, condescending to me and my kids, I will never go back there again.save yourself the trouble,look for another holiday park that's at least looking after their customer service...absolutely horrible.

Stayed here for 5 nights with my son who is 6. We arrived the week after Easter. We have just good things to say about the holiday park. The couple who now manage the park is fantastic. They are so service minded and made sure we had a good stay. We spent the first 4 nights in our tent at the powered campsites. It was very convenient located close to the camp kitchen and amenities. The showers and toilets were very clean. There is a clean pool, table tennis and a putt-putt. The beach is a short walk from a side gate and there is a playground and a skatepark right before the beach coming from that direction. Shops close by, just a few minutes by car or an easy walk. The last night we stayed in one of their smaller cabins, just opposite the amenities. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was a cold and rainy day and the manager (she is working in the reception) made sure we were warm and cosy and put a heather in the cabin. Can highly recommend the park for a stay. We were so well looked after by the management couple.

Terrible! Rude staff cabins smell like stale smoke..if you even cough too loud you get asked to be quiet..terrible all round experience spend your money elsewhere did I mention the rude staff? Cabins and positions on your spot are deceiving most caravan spots do not have a car spot so you have to find one.. terrible place!!

Staff were super helpful and friendly. Cabin was very clean and in a great location 🙂

Drove there on a Thursday afternoon, and asked for one nights accommodation. Advised us that only a deluxe cabin was available at $330 !!! Did so much better at Oaks Pacific Blue Resort. Drove past there again early morning to go to the Crest for breakfast ( highly recommend) no cars at the basic cabins !! Don’t bother, don’t deserve your business. Lazy and uninterested.
