The location is right on the city centre, and that is the only good thing about this hotel. The hotel itself is very old and desperately need an update. The room was not cleaned properly and the towels are dirty. The breakfast is horrible. Even the bread are not fresh. Staff do not speak English and they paid little attention to your needs. It is definitely not four star. I think they charge the high price because of the location.

Hard to comment on this one - as there was an issue with my booking, that Trip.com tried to help with, but the hotel wouldn't engage on. I ended to paying for the room, but not being able to stay.

Muskitto problem and poor sound isolation between rooms. Otherwise, nice location in the center of the cilty. Waking distance to shopping and eating places.

Hôtel en plein coeur de la ville d'Annaba. Proche du port et la gare de train. Hôtel très propre et moderne. Chambre spacieuse avec balcon avec toute les commodités( Télé. Frigo. Wifi. Clim......) parking disponible. Petit Dej varié et riche à prendre en plein air sur une belle terrasse qui domine la ville. Prix chambre double 9000 DA.

Un hotel historique mais loin de son prestige d' antan et c' ewt bien dommage. Rien a dire sur le confort et la propriété. Par contre l' etat de la salle de bains est imcomprehensible pour cet etablissement historique; on voit des coulures de peintures sur les faiences, la poubelle est cabossee et sans contenant ( ?), paroi de douche qui ne ferme pas robinetterie et wc entartrees, Le petit dejeuner est tres simple et chose surprenante : pas de thé ! Un minimum d' effort pourrait mettre cet hotel aux normes europeennew mais il ewt vrai que nous sommes en Algerie...

Bed was harder than we like but bearable. Lack of comfort was made up for by the friendliness and helpfulness of staff . Simple but tasty breakfast. Great location on a bustling street with plenty of cafes. Easy walk to train station.

Our recent stay at this hotel for 9000DA a night was a big disappointment. Dirty sheets, an unclean bathroom with poor drainage, and a persistent smoke smell in the room made for an uncomfortable experience. The hallway had an unpleasant odor, and the lack of soundproofing meant zero privacy. Breakfast was subpar. For the price, this hotel is a terrible value and I wouldn't recommend it. Look elsewhere for a better stay.

A FUIR ! L’hôtel a une belle devanture mais l’intérieur… complément vieillot et mal entretenu. Les chambres horribles, on a du visiter 2 chambres différentes pour accepter de poser nos affaires tellement ça puait de partout, mêmes les parties communes sentent l’humidité et le renfermé. A peine posées, on se rend compte que la chambre que nous avions (103) sent la cigarette froide, des trous de cigarettes dans les draps, des serviettes avec des tâches marrons (?🤢🤢), porte de douche cassée, des dizaines de moustiques que j’ai galéré à chasser et la réception incapable de me donner une prise anti-moustique, une TV qui ne fonctionne pas, une poubelle sans réceptacle … mais qui ose faire payer une chambre pareille ??? bref un trou à rat, un hôtel de passe… si vous êtes mariés et que vous voulez passer une nuit avec votre escort, c’est le bon endroit 😉 c’est le seul type de client que j’ai vu dans cet hôtel. Vraiment horrible dommage qu’on soit obligé de mettre 1 ⭐️ car il mérite -10000 étoiles. On a voulu quitter l’hôtel le soir-même car c’était trop dégueulasse, l’homme à la réception (grand de taille avec des lunettes) nous a très mal parlé et a même pas cherché à nous changer de chambre, on est donc parti (sans être remboursée) et Al Hamdulillah j’ai pas dormi dans ce truc.
