Tourism is not well developed in Annaba. The hotel was nice, but isolated and staff had difficulty in arranging transportation. Add that an only occasional acceptance of credit cards and ability to exchange money and you have a tourism problem.

The workers were not friendly, the climate mashine didn t work and it was 38 degres after 3 reklamations and the excuse no other room is available ,they sudenly gave us another room because we wanted to talk to the manager...

Hôtel Correct. Les points positifs : Très bien situé. Très belle vue sur la mer. Propre. Personnel sympas Restaurant très correct : Plat de qualité Les points négatifs : Le petit déjeuner. le minimum n'y est pas. A chaque fois, il faut demander aux serveurs (petites cuillère, verre, tasse, etc...). On dirait qu'on demande de la charité. Plage privé : il faut aller à Bouna Beach. A pied c'est un peu loin montée et descente fatigant. Le Week end la plage est blindée trop trop de monde. Les résidents de l'hôtel ne sont pas du tout prioritaires.

Je réserve pour mon anniversaire de mariage et à la réservation je demande que la chambre soit bien décorée à mon arrivé je trouve un drap avec quelques pétales de rose avec des long poil et le lit plein de taches alors je descends faire ma demande gentiment de me changer le drap et la la gouvernante PRINCIPALE me parle mal alors que j’ai rien demander,Bref ＜équipe des Zéros sans exceptions ＞Alors j’ai demandé le directeur mais y’avait personne à qui je pouvais faire ma réclamation alors j’ai quitté l’hôtel immédiatement sans que le personnel demande des excuses de là façons dont j’étais accueilli .merci d’avoir gâché mon anniversaire de mariage .

De passage à Annaba Une nuitée dans cet hôtel que j'ai regretté Pour la propreté c'est convenable malgré que cet hôtel est un peu vieillot Une fête au bord de la piscine avec un orchestre ou DJ qui a continué jusqu'au petit matin Impossible de fermer l'oeil Est-ce que c'est normal qu'un hôtel 3 étoiles permette un tel dépassement Et vous voulez encourager le tourisme intérieur C'est raté pour Rym el djamil.
