실내 수영장 야외 수영장 둘 다 없습니다.
시설정보에 둘 다 있다고 해서 온건데 2019년 이후로 이곳에 수영장은 없다고 합니다.
공식웹사이트에는 표시가 되어있지만 이런 서드파티 사이트엔 아직 바뀌지 않은 것 같다고요.
트립닷컴은 4년이나 지난 이런 대규모 호텔의 시설 현황을 업데이트 할 필요가 있다고 생각합니다.

Room itself was clean and spacious. Front staff was not really any special. Wi-Fi didn’t work for me at all so I had to go to a near by cafe to work. Front staff customer service and Wi-Fi connection were the two big negatives for me.

Would recommend staying at Archer in mosaic instead. This Marriot does not live up to the brand standards. First of all their lock system is all messed up (maybe just specific to 1007, but I would get the green indicator that key is working but door would not open and became a 2 hand engagement with constant retires). Room cleaning is also lousy, as I am staying from 4/28 till 5/3, the bedding is sloppy, they forget used towels in the room, they won't take out empty water bottles. It just doesn't add up in the Marriot experience. The walls are also very thin and unfortunately I have had to listen to a guy next door for two days. Parking is a little hard and ends up with a lot of walking but that is not too bad in the grand scheme of things. And smallest of them all is that they can't even get the label correctly implemented on their phone. It is truly a sad story.

I stayed here one night when I attended a high school class get together. The hotel was very crowded with a womens' sorority event. I had to get my morning coffee at the breakfast bar, and I though the man who waited on me was more interested in waiting on couples than on a solo guest. Didn't like that so much.. I ordered a coffee and a bagel. I went to get my bagel off the breakfast bar area, and he told me I shouldn't have done that and he would toast my bagel for me. So, why didn't he tell me that when I ordered and paid him? Oh well, don't stay here often...

I want to ensure that Muhammad and Passant know how much they are appreciated. Muhammad welcomed we when I entered the hotel and was kind and professional during the check in process. Passant went out of her way during a very busy happy hour to make sure my husband and I were being taken care of and happy. Her attention to detail was a real winner. Thanks Again Muhammad and Passant! You both provided 5 star service. I’ll be back and I’ll tell my friends!

The entire hotel looked as if it were brand new inside and out. You could have eaten off the floor, furniture, counters, and parking lot! Internal detail was in outstanding taste, very elegant and grand without being ostentatious or gaudy. Our room was immaculate and beautiful in every way. Every detail was considered, as far as we could see.
My major complaint was that the sit down and served food for the party was really terrible. Even if it was a lower priced meal: beef was dry and overcooked with a mundane gravy and chicken was undercooked still on the bone vs fileted breasts. I ended up switching to the fish, which was above average, but still head and shoulders above the disgusting beef and chicken. Having been an educated chef and restaurant manager in a past life, I would have been too embarrassed to let any of it leave the kitchen. I think the beef had ONE spear of asparagus and the chicken had 2-3 long and grossly wilted broccoli stems with a little bit of floret at the top. This meal was served to an enormous practice of world class cardiac surgeons, top executives, and highly dedicated/educated PAs, NPs, Med Techs, etc. I would be surprised if they considered this hotel again for their next party. Additionally, it took forever to serve the food and it was not hot by the time it reached our table.

Sudden trip , family emergency to Metro area never been near before. Way above usual haunts endless hallways bar reminded me of The Shining. Much better results
