The Inns are in a central location with easy access walkable to local attractions. I stayed at the Maryland Inn and it's a short street walking distance from the place you check in. Sanda was great - gave me a bottle of water since none was available in the lobby and texted me when my rook was ready (a little early). There is a valet parking fees of $25. My room seemed like a junior suite, decorated in a historic Annapolis manner, with a separate bedroom & small living space. The air conditioners in each room was very loud though. As you would expect from a old boutique hotel, the elevator is very small and slow. You need a card to get into the building of the Maryland Inn for safety, but there is no employee to help answer questions. If you need help you have to walk back to the check-in building - so hopefully you aren't in your pjs or call.
