Doesn't deserve 4 stars ،The location of the hotel is bad very simple...primitive

The location is far from the old town, and taxis are very expensive. I drove there, but the car rental company charged me 45 euros, probably because I entered a restricted area.

Regular customer of this hotel for 1 year (I'm there every week for work) and "PLATINIUM" also by the way, the overall service is rather good quality, nothing to complain about on that side. The prices are quite correct except during certain events and/or holidays (there the price can easily increase by 40%) One criticism however in terms of priority management... Last Monday, around 6:30 p.m./7 p.m., already 5 people were waiting at the bar to be served. I join them... then 3 other people also arrive looking for a drink. For more than 15 minutes, neither the 3 hostesses at reception, nor the manager (too busy clearing the mini-croissants from the reception room) had the presence of mind to say that it might be appropriate to go serve the 9 people who have been waiting all this time. I finally went back to my room, without a drink, after 20 minutes of waiting... I could understand the situation in the event of a "rush" at the customer reception, but there was just no one there. ..

Assets: swimming pool and restaurant Big disadvantage: very difficult access despite GPS! Entrance poorly indicated and/or indicated too late, not immediately visible... annoying because of the expressway! Add arrows and Mercury signs BEFORE
