Poor experience with reception. The lady was rude, unhelpful and unwilling to help when my phone wasn't working. Not only that but even though they said they won't hold a deposit, was forced to add $100 for a non-existent deposit. Do not stay here!!

It was clean and there was hot water. That's all I was looking for. This is my third or fourth time staying at Regency in Anoka, MN this year and each stay has been just fine. I have no complaints.

Construction made access difficult. I had reserved for 2 nights but, for medical reasons, had to check out early. Was out the $75 for the second night. Such is life.

Staff was very kind and professional, rooms were disgustingly dirty gross, towels were very rough refrigerator was not working when I got there but the lady from the office managed to get it fixed

the whole property had a smoking smell, even inside the rooms. toilet paper, was limited, as well as tissues and water cups.

They were so rude they said that my son 7yrs old can not visit me they were said we allow to see him.only at parking lot ! Never seen or hear that inhuman people existed on earth
