Very old building heating wasn't working it was cold.
No staff availability most of the time. It took a while to call them until someone came to check us in.
Parking is challenging.
Location is great.
I will not stay again.

It was great, apart from the check in, we had to wait for 30min till the lady showed up. Apparently they still have limited times of the desk hours which is not great when you travelled all day and need to wait.
Apart from that everything else was perfect, very nice stylish hotel, awesome location (city center).
The breakfast was fantastic and the staff very very pleasant.

ist das Hotel Platengarten. Wir haben geschäftlich zwar nur eine Nacht im Hotel verbracht, haben jedoch in dieser kurzen Zeit einen sehr positiven Eindruck gewonnen. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig geschnitten und anspruchsvoll eingerichtet. Zum schlafen sind die Bettmatratzen absolut top. Wer kennt das schließlich nicht, top Hotel kombiniert mit einer „Hängematte“ und der nächste Morgen entspricht dem Zustand nach zwölf Stunden Steinbruch.

In all our travels we have never felt so welcomed as we were at this hotel. They did everything imaginable to make our stay secure and comfortable. Each member of the staff treated us as if we were family. We had the courtyard room (#100) and felt like we had our own private hideaway.. Beautiful room, comfortable beds and intriguing antiques through out. The individual care by the women at the front desk made us feel like we were the only guests they were caring for. From the upscale breakfast to the 24 hr coffee and tea bar, this place has it all. We didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend.

Durchaus stilvolles Hotel in einem Gebäude aus dem 18. Jahrhundert. Sehr gute Lage am Rande der Altstadt und direkt am Hofgarten. Das von uns gewählte Zimmer war groß, ruhig ,geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hatte einen sehr schönen Blick auf den Hofgarten. Badezimmer sehr klein. WLAN unbrauchbar, bei der kleinsten Benutzungspause wurde die Verbindung unterbrochen. Frühstück ist ausbaufähig. Insgesamt hat man den Eindruck, daß das Hotel wegen Corona auf Sparflamme betrieben wird: Eingeschränkte telefonische Erreichbarkeit, Rezeption nur bis 17.00/18.00 besetzt. Attraktives Preisniveau.
