Considering that the bed in the small hotel in the county town was too hard two days ago, I couldn't sleep well, so I booked a relatively high-priced suite here. After the reservation was successful, the customer service contacted me separately and asked me what time I would arrive at the hotel. I was told I would arrive before noon, but the actual arrival time was already close to 5:00 pm. Maybe it was a handover issue, the wet room was not ready yet, but in the end the front desk took care of it and let me check in, and I checked in.
The overall design of the room, the color palette, the soft furnishings, the placement of the TV, especially the bathroom design, are all the highlights of his room. There is also room service, which is very responsive to service. If there is a need, a robot or human service will be dispatched to deliver the required items, so their service is definitely worthy of five stars!
But there are two small details that bring down the entire hardware facility. One is the water outlet of all faucets. I can say that this is the first time I have encountered a repair faucet with such a small water outlet in a hotel like this. The water quality is small, even There is less water than the water produced at home. This should be a detail issue that was not noticed at the beginning of the hard decoration and finally affected the entire stay experience, completely reducing the living comfort. Now that the rooms have been renovated, I wonder what rectification plans they will make in the future... This should not be a problem with the height of the floor, because I have indeed been exposed to hotels above 100 floors, and the water in the room has no impact at all.
One of the particularly heart-warming gestures was when I mentioned that their pillows were uncomfortable on my first night, and after reacting to a new manager in black clothes at the front desk, he very heart-warmingly helped me buy a new one. I finally had a peaceful sleep after four or five days of business trip using this latex pillow🌹🥰
We also look forward to the breakfast option in the hotel being implemented soon. Next time if I take my friends out for fun, I hope to have two latex pillows. I will come again.

The mattress is too low, and the quilt is not pure cotton. Maybe the business has been too good in recent years, and the wear and tear is large, so it has not been updated. I took the sightseeing bus escalator throughout the scenic area and walked more than 20,000 steps. In the 35-degree high temperature, I visited three scenic spots in one day. I was tired and dizzy. There is a Yinji Farmhouse Restaurant near the hotel that is very delicious. SSmit_94Wow! Where do I even begin…?! Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived until we left, we experienced friendliness from all the staff members. They were all always eager to help and most of them can speak a little English but the translator works wonders as well and they were all very patient with using it. We initially only booked for one night but once arriving at the hotel and seeing the premises and rooms, we knew we had to immediately book another night as it exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately, the room we were in wasn’t available for the second night but the staff upgraded us to a better room for the second night with one of the most amazing views! Breakfast was served as a buffet, it’s not very big but it has everything you need and it was delicious! There is a tea experience daily after 6:30pm where you can sit around the fire and grill some nuts, potatoes, sweet potatoes and snack on fruits while sipping on some iced white tea. On the 4th floor of the main building there is also a tea room where you can make your own tea and sip on it while enjoying the magnificent views from the viewing deck. On our second day, Jiao Jiao, the manager of the hotel, took us to the Baling River museum of bridges as well as to the viewing point of Dishuitan Waterfall. She was so helpful, friendly & kind. This hotel will forever be special to us as we got engaged here on our first night so we will definitely be back for many more visits in the future. I honestly couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. If you find yourself looking for a place to relax and unwind, look no further! Book this hotel, you won’t regret it! Special thank you to all the staff that helped us during our stay - 小陶、小万和小绒 - you were all so attentive and went above and beyond. All I can say is thank you!! See you again soon!
