I was extremely happy first with the location of the hotel and then with the warm welcome I received from sweet Arzu, who not only let me have an early check-in, but she was also very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay . Also special thanks to the manager for his kindness and warm welcome.

Check in時酒店職員以為我是walk in客人 即場要收取我45歐1晚價錢，職員英語水平難以溝通，職員不太懂英文，之後我出示Trip.com入住憑證後職員才用他們的System check到我是已預訂房間的客人。一到房間之後發現洗手間的垃圾桶沒有清理，留有上一位客人的垃圾，兼且床單及枕頭套有很多沒有清理的頭髮，洗手間牆邊也是破爛的，沐浴間沒有燈泡照亮，照明不足。這間酒店除了地理位置不錯之外，其他都不予置評了。

Мы бронировали отель на 6 ночей, через 3 дня съехали. При заезде в номере не было горячей воды. В номере был мусор и грязь. На следующий день на полотенцах в ванной были обнаружены муравьи в большом количестве. Обратились с этой проблемой к сотрудникам отеля, на что они никак не отреагировали. Заменили полотенца только после того, как позвонили дважды на ресепшн. Также в номере случился небольшой потоп. Отель не понравился, не советуем.

Номер как на картинке был точь-в-точь. Каждый день меняли полотенца, воду, чайную станцию. Я сплю крепко, но у кого чуткий сон, то имейте в виду молитвы в мечетях с раннего утра и картонные стены (будет слышно даже шелест пакета аха). Завтрак я лично оценю на 3 из 10, сыр и батон с нутеллой ела. Добрые и милые люди на ресепшене сидели, раньше времени заселили, но аптечки в отеле нет, если что. Мы конечно ступили, но в жару если захотите пойти на море, то это либо далеко до гальки, либо далеко до скал. Лифт золотой и вообще весь интерьер ну шик и блеск просто! Насчёт еды, сувениров, одежды - все в двух шагах (можно вдоволь надегустироваться лукумом)

Es war super! Eine sehr gute Lage, nah am Bazar, Meer und Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Замечательный отель, находится в центре города в пешей доступности от трамвайной, автобусной остановки, рядом со Старым городом Калеичи, до пляжа 20-25 минут пешком. Дружелюбный персонал, вкусные завтраки, ежедневная уборка комнаты, приемлемая цена за проживание. Все заявленное в описании отеля в номере есть.
