Terrible!!!
I booked 2 deluxe rooms through trips.com
They gave us standard room on the main level. I realized that and asked them to print the booking. First they didn't want to print as the proof claiming the printer is broken!!! Finally I insist and they print the booking. Booking showed deluxe room explicitly
I asked for the manager to help. They call the manager and talking in Turkish!!! I used Google Translator and he said to manager that the booking is cheap and I don't want to give them deluxe rooms
I talked to the manager and said this is disgusting. I told them Google translator shows me the conversation
Finally the manager agreed to give us 2 deluxe rooms on the highest level
This is my observation in general: when I book rooms through websites, hotel receptionists would give you the worst one whether in lower levels or worst view and etc.
It seems Turkish people do not appreciate tourists who spend money in their country.

I would 100% stay here again. It is very beautiful. If you are looking to have a nice relaxing Hoilday I would definitely recommend staying here. The spa is absolutely amazing. The treatments was amazing. The staff are very friendly and will help and sort out anything you need. Definitely coming back very soon. Very clean and the breakfast is amazing 😇

В целом неплохой отель. Снимаю звезды из-за кухни.
Приветливый персонал, на ресепшене прекрасный парень, женщина в СПА очень добрая, разговаривает по русски, помогала и подсказывала. Спасибо им.
Отель чистый, уютный, людей немного. Возле бассейна пару человек, лежаков много свободных. Что касается номера, если не придираться, то хорошо. Ремонт новый, но.. где-то оторваны ручки у шкафов, лейка душа дешевая, стаканчиков для зубных щеток нет. Мыло, шампунь в наличии.
Но самое главное, это кухня. Именно этот отель я выбрала из-за кухни, оплачивая не увеличила фото и не посмотрела, что нет плиты, но это еще не всё, все шкафы и ящики пустые, ни тарелок, ни столовых приборов, только чайник и 2 кружки.
Уважаемые хозяева этого отеля, пожалуйста обратите внимание на кухню, зачем она нужна, если там ничего нет? Может ее оборудовать?
Были включены завтраки: вареные яйца, сосиски, зелень, огурцы, помидоры, хлеб, соленый сыр кубиками, его на хлеб не намажешь, картофель фри, йогурт 2 вида, орехи, изюм, шарики шоколадные, пару видов печений, рахат лукум, кофе, чай, сок и всё.
Wi-fi: если телефон выкл, то и в wi fi каждый раз надо заново заходить. Возле бассейна ловит плохо.
Море: идти пешком минут 15-20, на пляже платные лежаки, песок грязный, везде валяются бычки, стаканы, вообщем очень грязно и дорога к пляжу, как помойка.
В самом поселке идти некуда, очень много магазинов outlet с одеждой.. как рынки, по цене не могу сказать не были!
Рестораны есть рядом, но все очень дорого, например паста карбонара 800 лир(~ 1800руб, бургер и картофель фри ~ 2000 р), есть забегаловки ну так себе, грязно очень, там шаурма 500 лир ~1000 р, в Анталии для сравнения 150 лир.

This hotel is very basic. I stayed in a Deluxe Suite Pool View - the room was clean but basic. Definitely not ‘deluxe’ The kitchen had no cutlery or crockery, quite a pointless add on! I stayed 3 night and didn’t have housekeeping once! Not even a towel change! I had to sort that myself. I stayed B&B but as a vegetarian, I lived on bread (unable to toast it as there isn’t a toaster) and melon. If there’s a restaurant at night, I couldn’t find it.

Great place with great friendly staff 10 out of 10 would return here pool area is great would recomend this place plenty restaurants and bars near by
