WIFI can only connect to one device and cannot bring food into the hotel, not even fruits. The most unbearable thing is that only 2 bottles of water are provided on the first day, and they are not provided afterwards. It is ridiculous to ask to buy them at the hotel convenience store.

This hotel has a rule of no food or drink from outside allowed in. They have a very small expensive shop in the lobby. Security men on the gate will want to inspect your bags and confiscate any food and drink - they are aggressive and want to fight you!! Hotel not recommended because of this.

Trip apps mentioned that hotel has nightclub and taxi service .hotel doesn’t have any of those services .
Staff were rude and not helpful .
Hotel is under renovation ,they were using strong chemical such as ( rodenticide ) . I asked to switch they said we can’t neither refund to get another hotel . They locked swimming pool doors from restaurant .

"They were not respectful about providing information. The breakfast was not of good quality. The blankets provided were not new and had cigarette burns on them. After checking out, even though we are travelers and need internet access, they did not provide us with internet even for five minutes and said that after check-out, we are considered public."
