Firstly, we arrived late at night, we called the reception and asked if they had parking as one of the reasons we chose this hotel was due to it mentioning there is parking close by plus concierge service. He said there is no parking and we aren't allowed with a car in the area the hotel is located which was not true. We asked for WhatsApp so they could send us the closest parking lot location but this also wasn't an option according to them. We ended up parking 10 minutes away and having to lug 3 suitcases and other carry on luggage, it was very unpleasant and quite a task walking with all those things. We mentioned this issue when we arrived quite frustrated and were met with a rude reply. In the room the shower took a while to heat up, sink only had cold water, there are no basic amenities except soap and towels. The bed only has a thin towel style cloth over it as a duvet, so there are also no duvets. The AC is very old and the curtains do not fit the window, so you get a lot of lighting in the morning and also at night. We used the shower and the end shower head holder ended up falling off and breaking. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, it's very expensive for what you receive, definitely not worth the money and should only be considered as a final option if you have no where else to stay or are staying for just a night.

Everything is good! The reception staff is very polite and nice, they speak a little Russian. The room is clean and cozy. The air conditioner works. There was no refrigerator in my room. The repair is good. The shower is excellent. The water is hot and cold with very good pressure. The room has an electric kettle, two mugs, two coffee bags and two tea bags, sugar. The hotel is in the old part of the city, I specifically wanted to stay there. I really like the old city. There are more than enough dishes for breakfast, see the photo. Drinks: Turkish tea (not bags), instant coffee, milk and juice. The view from the terrace where breakfast is held is amazing, you don't want to leave.

Good location - inside the old town, near bus stops and Migros store. Very small sink, and in general, the bathroom is not very good. Air conditioning worked properly. For its price it is quite normal.

The hotel is located in the old town of Antalya city center. There are many restaurants and bars nearby. It was very convenient for the two of us to stay in Antalya for three nights.

Facilities: The room is a bit small, but it is enough to store luggage and sleep, after all, every inch of land is expensive. The facilities are average, but the cooling effect of the air conditioner is still very good, and the sound insulation is slightly worse. Hygiene: The room is clean and hygienic. Environment: The commercial street is just outside the door, very convenient, five minutes to Hadrian's Gate, ten minutes to the pier, and only a few minutes away from the tram station, very good. You can enjoy the scenery on the rooftop upstairs, and the sunrise is really beautiful. Service: The front desk staff is very enthusiastic and actively introduces Antalya's tourist attractions and informs you of the precautions for check-in. I will consider this place next time.

This place is nothing but a web of lies and false advertising, with a rude staff that couldn’t care less about their guests. Housekeeping, which was advertised as daily, was only done every other day. We had to constantly request clean towels and basic room maintenance, which is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to offer daily housekeeping. The list of amenities advertised that don’t actually exist is endless. They promised a free coffee machine, laundry service, packed lunches, room service, Turkish bath/hamam, key card access, 24-hour security guard, an on-site mini-market, an ATM, and a sun terrace. NONE of these were available during our stay. The hotel blatantly lies about its offerings just to lure guests in, and it’s incredibly frustrating to feel scammed like this. The rooms were supposed to be soundproof, but that was another lie. We could hear every noise from the neighboring rooms and hallway, making it impossible to relax. On top of this, the hotel falsely claims to be a non-smoking property, yet smoking was allowed on the terrace, which made it impossible to have breakfast without inhaling secondhand smoke. When we raised these issues with the receptionist, he was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Instead of addressing our concerns, he brushed us off like we were the problem. We spoke to another staff member, who admitted that they’ve had several complaints about the first receptionist’s attitude, proving this is a recurring issue that management refuses to fix. On most days the bread served at breakfast was old and uneatable, and to make matters worse, the staff had the nerve to limit the amount of eggs we could eat at the buffet to one per person! The quality of the room was dreadful. The curtains didn't fit the window, the bathroom door had a massive gap at the bottom which I could fit my arm under, the bedsheets had holes in them and the toilet seat was broke so it kept falling off when using it. The worst experience we had was when our bathroom door broke, which meant we were locked out overnight and had to use the gross toilet on the roof. It took two employees about 15 minutes to finally open the bathroom and the receptionist was rude to us throughout this. The behaviour of the receptionist throughout our stay was without a doubt the worst part that he even made my girlfriend cry after he yelled at her when she asked for the bathroom door to be fixed. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Hotel Twenty is a scam that falsely advertises its services and amenities while employing some of the rudest staff imaginable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel is basic but is in a fantastic location and is good for trams and buses, it’s central to old town kaleici and an 8 minute walk to the marina and Mermerli beach. The reception is manned 24 hours and the brothers do everything to help. There is no fridge in the room which in the heat is not good as you need constant water and cool drinks. The air con was really good and the WiFi was excellent. The shower head was a bit all over the place but hot water and powerful. The toilet seat swivelled and was loose and our Tv didn’t work but didn’t take away from our stay. Our room was a superior on the second floor and was adequate for our stay. The view from the rooftop terrace is amazing and the breeze welcoming

The main draw of this hotel is the location. Kaleiçi, Atatürk Street and İsmetpaşa tram station are all just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel; the location could not be better for trams from the airport, all of the city centre attractions and dozens of restaurants and cafés. Check in was easy and reception is staffed 24 hours a day. The bed was comfortable and the AC was good. The shower in my room was a bit broken but still worked and the hot water always came. The room had five power outlets, and the wifi was largely consistent and faster than most hotels. The only disappointment was no fridge in the room. There is however a drinks fridge at reception where you can buy a 1,5l water for 30TL. The main thing this hotel loses points on is breakfast, which costs 250TL per day if not included at booking and looked very lacklustre. However, as there are so many places to get food and coffee surrounding the hotel this isn’t much of an issue. Overall, I would stay again and would recommend it to those wanting to stay in the city centre, as it doesn’t get more central than this!

To start with, fantastic pillows, room was really clean and the staff were fantastic! This is a central location in Antalya and it is excellent value for money. Giving it 4 stars simply because of the stairs, I know it's the way it was built but after a long day of sightseeing the stairs are a killer. Other than that I would highly recommend it!

Hotel twenty, is in a perfect location, all within easy reach of shop’s restaurants and lots of bazaars. The hotel itself is lovely, we had a double room which faced the road. Rooms were cleaned and always immaculate. The shower in the bathroom was lovely and powerful. The room had coffee sachets with coffee mate and a kettle. The hotel has a lovely terrace which they served breakfast, unfortunately we never got up there to try the breakfast. The manager and staff are very welcoming and happy to help with anything you need. The only downside for us was the walk up to the rooms and reception, my husband uses a stick and found the stairs difficult but not hard if taken slowly.
