Very satisfied, can also cook, very good

The location is excellent, quiet street, next to a park with pine trees and a playground, the sea is 7 minutes walk, many restaurants. For children, kudu would be noted. Is the room okay?

The property information is wrong. We had a room which said 2 king beds, 1 double sofa bed and a single bed. When we got there we got 2 king beds and 2 sofa beds which were 4 ft long. A child couldn’t even sleep on them. There were ants everywhere. We had to get the cleaners to clean ants from the room several times. The front desk didnt even try sort the bedding situation out even though the room description was totally wrong. The shared pool was silly too, people from other hotels were coming and occupying the tiny bit of pool we had. There’s only 4 loungers which were always taken. We lost the room card and they charged us €10. Pay a bit more and get a much better place guys.

Pros: good family ambiance; good security setup; complimentary laundry service; restaurants, saloon etc in walkable distance; pool availability although it is small; full fledged kitchen for cooking; very friendly front office staff Cons: small rooms(at least the one we got was 45sqm but was congested for 2 adults and 2 kids); not sound proof, bothering with noise from other apartments and their washrooms etc; no daily house keeping service; beach is 7min walk away; balcony is just enough for clothes drying only; no supply of drinking water .

The hotel itself might be fine. Unfortunately I didn't manage to get there because of the war started, and flight companies that cancelled all their flights abroad. I got $2K locked on the cancelled tickets (twice) and up to $1K on this place. I ran out of money and there even were no tickets to buy on the market anymore. This looks quite like the exceptional case as I 100% intended to get to Turkey, but that's up to the reader to decide. There was a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost, but as I was told there are also exceptions possible which are up to the property owner. When I contacted the hotel (in advance) and explained the situation, that I tried everything I could and spent everything I had to get there, and now I don't have a cent - they decided it's not their problem. The responses were very slow, I had to wait several days to get a response. Multiple times. Without the support team I doubt I would get any answer at all. The answers were short and unclear. Eventually I got the answer that they will take only 40% of the cost. In fact that was a lie, and they took as much as originally planned. So while your experience in this place may differ drastically, I'd like to simply warn the fellow traveler that as soon as you need anything - the warm welcome will turn into the cold shoulder. The place values money more than their customers.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. My stays here were surprisingly good. The entire hotel is very clean. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept well. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, always ready to help me with any questions or concerns. The location of the hotel was ideal, just a few minutes' walk from the beach and restaurants, among other things. The breakfast was delicious and kept me full until late afternoon. The pool is very small, but very clean. I never used it because I prefer swimming in the sea. Overall, my stays were a complete success. I will definitely come back!

Upon check-in, the reception unexpectedly offered to use the safe. Unexpected, because almost all hotels have safes, but in 15 years of my travels I was never offered to use one. I didn't expect people to rummage through things in this hotel. In short, a wallet with a lot of cash (euro) was kept in my backpack. The backpack is in the closet, where the safe is. They took 250 euros out of my wallet. This is not all the money, but only a part. Therefore, I noticed the loss only when I returned home and counted the money. There can be no mistake, since I took cash with me, but did not use it, because I was able to pay with a card everywhere. And I also wondered why they are so friendly 🤔

We rested here with our daughter in July, in general, we liked everything. We got from the airport to the hotel by taxi for $ 30, the taxi rank is to the right of the exit from the Antalya airport. We agreed with the same taxi driver to bring it back to the airport, contacted him the day before departure, as a result, he didn’t arrive in the morning) they say that irresponsibility is a Turkish feature, so they called a taxi back to the airport at the reception and in the end it was much cheaper - thanks to the guys at the reception, they always help and explain everything to new arriving tourists :) The hotel is located near the beach, but you have to cross the road. The beach is sand with pebbles, and for a fee if you want a sunbed with an umbrella (6 euros per person), we brought towels with us. On the beach you can order drinks and food, they will bring it directly to the sunbeds and everything is very tasty. A clean room with a kitchen, a refrigerator, you can give clothes for washing, the washed ones will be brought the next day, there is an iron at the reception. Friendly staff, the guys speak Russian or English. Good Wi-Fi, fast enough to work remotely, with video as well. This is not the city center, you can get to the center by bus for 8 lira, it is better to pay on the bus by applying your card to the terminal, but you can buy a ticket at the nearest food point (it is right at the bus stop) but they will take about 10-11 lira for one trip . Not far from the hotel there is a bank with ATMs on the street and a little further there is a currency exchange. A taxi to get to the old city paid 140-160 lira (bus 8 lira) We took a walking tour of old Antalya, Antalya is an amazing city with a rich history. Another Turkish feature, when they understand that you are a tourist (of course, by conversation), then the price can skyrocket several times, for example, for ice cream we paid one price at one point (they scanned at the checkout) and already at another point near the hotel , nothing was scanned there and they paid 6 times for the same ice cream! expensive. This is always the case if there is no price tag on what you buy, including in a restaurant - go where the menu with prices is. I hope my review will be useful to you, and I really recommend this hotel if you need to work remotely, because. in general, in other hotels in Turkey, the Internet will be at low speed. Now many people combine travel with work, so Wi-Fi speed is a very important criterion when choosing a hotel.

We rested for 2 weeks in September 2022. It’s hard to imagine a more suitable and cool place. Quiet quarter 300 m from the beach. All the tourist spots are far away from being heard at night, but in 3-5 minutes on foot you will quickly find yourself there. Within walking distance are all kinds of entertainment, as well as several supermarkets and pharmacies and a couple of exchange offices with a much more pleasant exchange rate than at the airport or shopping centers. The reception staff deserves special words of gratitude, they speak English and Russian, they always help if you have questions, and they are just very sociable and interesting guys. The rooms are very comfortable, fresh and comfortable furniture, always clean. Wi-Fi in the rooms and at the reception is excellent for these places. To the city center 10-12 minutes by car or a little longer by bus. Definitely recommend to visit for quality rest.

Despite our very short stay we enjoyed an excellent welcome.
