Good afternoon. My family and I rented a 4-bed room for 2 nights. Upon arrival, we were quickly checked in; the young man at the reception was very polite and nice. But upon entering the room we encountered a number of disadvantages: 1) terrible smell (smoked walls and textiles) 2) the 4th berth in the form of a folding chair was completely broken 3) in a chandelier of 3 horns, only one was burning. 4) the refrigerator did not work (I have diabetes and medications need to be stored strictly in the refrigerator) 5) broken shower (water flows not from the watering can, but from the edge) The hotel staff speaks only Turkish and English. Therefore, we limited ourselves to the most important complaints and bought us a refrigerator, and instead of an armchair they brought us an extra bed. The problems were resolved quickly, within 10 minutes. I was satisfied with this. On the positive side: I was very pleased with the breakfast. Very friendly staff prepares coffee, tea, and pours juice. They offered me an omelette. The buffet is not rich, but you can eat: sliced ​​sausage, cheese, sausages, boiled eggs, corn flakes and milk, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, watermelon, melon, nuts, bread and cheese I was also pleased with the cleaning. The hotel is very tired. But for such a price, what can you expect?) The main value is its location: near the Terra City shopping center, Migros and a beautiful waterfall. The beach is about 15 minutes by car. Parking is always available at the hotel. And, another nuance, as I understand, people who often stay in this hotel are people who come for dental treatment and cosmetic surgery). Therefore, do not be surprised to meet people in bandages and other “medical” devices in the corridor))) Overall price = quality. Staying a couple of nights is ok)
