Washing machine not working and in inter day room was not cleaned

Not bad for this price. Close to the bus station and not far away from MarkAntalya mall.

Very friendly staff and hospitable owner. Always clean and tidy. Not far from the city center and the beach.

We spent one night, that's enough. Probably not very good for a long stay. The room is old and stinks of dampness and smoke. But there is a kitchenette with a stove.

The location is very good. The room is a bit small. There is no big problem with the facilities.

The room was quite comfortable, but there were cockroaches. The TV counter suddenly fell down but luckily I wasn't hurt.

Extraordinarily comfortable and recommended… My favorite… 5 star comfort…

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. My wife has suddenly had a back problem and we requested to leave early and asked for some compassion and some sort of refund as we were not staying the entire stay and had to fly back. And wow. ""Sorry the management said no"" no compassion and empathy here. The hotel is dirty and grimey and refused toilet rolls and what a dirty room and dirty hot tub. Avoid avoid.

The room smelled very bad, it was damp, the smell of cigarette smoke permeated everywhere, there was air conditioning for heating, but the smell of cigarette smoke was coming in, the hotel was no different from a hostel, they were taking everything they could, there was constant noise and fighting.

An excellent hotel in the inexpensive segment. Everything is clean, everything is in order. Wifi works well. Not far from the tram. The area is great. And the city center and it’s not expensive, you can eat in the surrounding area for a reasonable price. I took a room with a kitchen - everything I needed from dishes. And there was a washing machine in the room. Very comfortably.

The declared room dimensions do not correspond to the actual ones. Everything is so cramped and narrow that there is nowhere to place 2 suitcases without walking and stumbling. The audibility is as if the walls are made of cardboard. Of course, I understand that in all hotels this is a problem to one degree or another, but here it’s just a nightmare. Separately about wi-fi: it seems to be there, but it’s not there. The network drops every 2 minutes, the signal is weak and it’s easier to use mobile Internet, your nerves will be safer. The only plus is the location. That's where the positives end.

The location of the facility is among the neighborhood. Even though we asked them not to give the bottom floor in the reservation note, they gave us the ground floor. Don't change the room from the shop. People standing on the sidewalk seem to be in the room. If the vehicle loses control, it will crash into the room. It faces the road on both sides and consists only of windows. It is difficult to breathe because of the dampness and smell. As soon as I entered the toilet, dirty water dripped on my head from above, which caused the floor to be soaked. I told the receptionist lady about the condition of the room and our request for a room change, she said that they did not have any other rooms, then she said that they had rooms with a jacuzzi, I stated that I wanted to pay the difference and move to the room she specified, this time she said that she gave the room to 2 Arab tourists who were next to me while I was talking. When I pressed him, he said that there was a room with bunk beds on the upper floor. I looked at the room, it was a small room with a 1/2 m square window, but I stated that I would change the room because it was on the upper floor and the toilet was more sterile, and this time they said there was a difference of 200₺. I had to accept it. It was the worst hotel experience of my life.

I would like to thank everyone who contributed to this hotel, where I stayed with my family for 3 nights, Mr. Yiğit, Mr. Cihan, Mr. Aziz, Mr. Ömer, they built a new hotel with quality brand new products, we had time to chat, the jacuzzi was perfect, all the tools and equipment in the room were complete, our daily cleaning was clean, the breakfast was super satisfying, it is a friendly and warm city. I recommend the hotel and this service for this price to everyone. I wish you continued success. 👍💯🧿
