Rien de transcendant, les chambres sont petites, le prix vraiment exagéré, le petit déjeuner à peine correcte et le spa constamment en panne. Très mauvais rapport qualité prix. Vous trouverez beaucoup mieux.

Confortable, propre, beaucoup de personnel serviables et souriant, sécurité H24, restaurant avec carte variés et service rapide, salle de sport bien équipée avec un coach pro, SPA avec une masseuse professionnelle très compétente (je suis reflexologue), distributeur de billet juste à la sortie, très au centre ville, wifi opérationnel, un séjour agréable et reposant.

Un hôtel que je recommande. Tarif abordable accès piscine et hammam Personne de l'hôtel très aimable et toujours à l'écoute. Chambre très confortable. Plat Indien succulent. Petit déjeuner bon mais viennoiserie pas très à la hauteur...

Le detail des services proposer est erronée
Pas de Hammam (en panne depuis 2 mois)
La piscine ne dispose pas de douche avant de se baignée (un bon bain de microbe vous attend)
Passage de beaucoup de personne non client de l'hôtel
Ascenseur en panne alors pour les personnes loger au étage personnellement nous etions au 4ème
(attention à la contre marche derrière la porte de l'escalier)

Le chauffeur, après avoir patienter de 23h à 3h30 m'a accueillie avec le sourire, sans aucune lasditude ... Excellent accueil à l'arrivée à l'hôtel, mes bagages ont été montes à la chambre qui ma ete indiquée,. Le restaurant m'a téléphoné pour prendre ma commande et répondre très aimablement à mes questions; Le repas était porté peu de temps après, toujours avec beaucoup d'amabilite et de sourire.
Je recommande cet hôtel, très accueillant, très propre, sans surprise ni ambiguïté sur le prix, soit vous payez à chaque demande de service, soit vous signez la facture et vous réglez à la sortie.
Si je dois de nouveau sejourner à l'hôtel je choisirai le Grand Mellis

Hôtel bien situé dans le centre ville. Les junior suites sont spacieuses, propres , climatisées et sans doute rénovées récemment. Salle de bain avec baignoire (eau chaude à volonté) et WC non séparés. Les petits déjeuners inclus sont de bonne facture ainsi que la restauration. Deux bémols : l’eau un peu jaune et surtout impossible de chauffer la nuit avec des températures extérieures entre 8 et 10 degrés en août et septembre.

We had a pleasant one night stay. The room is renovated, clean, comfortable and modernly furnished. We didn't use the fitness room and the swimming pool - they made a decent impression. The dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant were good, the staff very friendly. Unfortunately there is still a construction site on the ground floor, so the lobby and bar could not be used.

Das Zimmermädchen hat eine silberne Halskette aus unserem abgesperrten Hotelzimmer gestohlen. Der Hotelmanager sagte eine Entschädigung zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit zu, schob das aber täglich bis zu unserer Abreise hinaus. Letztendlich schickte er uns nach Abreise eine Kopie der Anzeige bei der Polizei. Damit ist uns nicht geholfen. Das ist keine Entschädigung zu unserer Zufriedenheit, wie mehrfach zugesichert. Dieses Hotel können wir nicht empfehlen. Derzeit ist die gesamte Lobby wegen Bauarbeiten gesperrt. Sobald man aus dem Haus kommt, wird man von zahlreichen Bettlern umringt.
