Mon avis pour ce séjour au Residéal est mitigé.
Autant la chambre est spacieuse et correctement équipée. L'accueil est froid et limite on doit s'excuser d'être venu. Pour un séjour de 4 nuits, deux nuits passées au froid avant que le chauffage soit mis en place.
Trouvé cet établissement sur ********** est trompeur car on n'a pas la même prestation hôtelière.

The beds were put together quite funky. One bed frame longer than the other; we kept running on the longer frame. The welcoming was very cold. We were given the rules as if we were children. We found that very offensive. The pluming does not work in the shower; it’s either boiling hot or very cold. The heat pump needs maintenance. The place was not as cleaned as any of the other places we have been. It’s not a place we will ever return. Or recommend to anyone. We will be speaking to Ulifestyle where we belong to address all these issues, conduct and requirements, when members book through them.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo bel residence con la nostra bimba di tre mesi per Capodanno . Ci siamo trovati molto bene, la posizione è ottima, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e vicinissimo alla stazione dei treni come degli autobus. È anche molto comodo trovare parcheggio. Abbiamo avuto un bellissimo appartamento con due camere da letto, vista mare e un grande balcone. L’appartamento era pulito e molto confortevole, unica pecca mancavano alcune cose di base come qualche strofinaccio in cucina, tovagliolo e un minimo di base per cucinare come sale e olio ad esempio, anche la carta igienica era poca. Per il resto è stato tutto perfetto, anche il check in e il check out è stato molto semplice e le ragazze alla reception molto gentili.

Beliggenheden af lejlighederne er perfekt.
Tæt på transport, havnen, stranden og byen. Der er også tennisbaner man kan leje.
Lejlighederne er fint indrettet med separat toilet og bad. Der er også et lille køkken og en god balkon. Sengen er lidt hård men fungere fint til to personer. Der er en pool på taget med fin udsigt over havnen. En anden pool forefindes i haven og den kunne godt trænge til en upgrade !! Personalet er flinke, men nogle af deres regler er lidt mærkelige.
Feks. Baren bliver betjent fra receptionen som ligger et andet sted end baren?
Indtjekning var først klokken 17:00 hvilket vi synes var meget sent ( normalt 14-15 ) iøvrigt var deres bagagerum meget lille!!!
Ellers var vi meget tilfredse med vores ophold 👍
