Staff seem nice . Surprised it was located in a ***** mall. Somehow, I missed that in the reviews or else I would not have stayed there . My error. I had thought it was going to be be more like an inn . It was clean and adequate though I found a strong unpleasant odour that I assumed was from the cleaning solutions . Likely works well for some people, but just not for me

Staff were awesome unfortunately the pool (main reason to choose this location) was closed for maintenance and the restaurant was closed for holiday.

Nice and quiet. Breakfast not included, but a restaurant is attached. GREAT breakfast!
One thing though - THERE IS NO ONE ON DUTY AT NIGHT to check you in. We arrived at 11 PM ( I believe they finish at 10 PM)and had to call the clerk to drive back and get us a key to the room. We were not informed about that through Expedia...so were surprised when we were locked out!!
Your room key will allow you to get into the hotel after hours.
Otherwise.....all good!!
